Ohhh yes…. This looks amazing. As always, love the ideas ! And yesssss your pasta dough works perfectly and is really good. I haven’t tried it yet in my pasta machine, I just roll it , I just need to adjust everything dairy free. But I already found out that the bechamel is quite good with vegan butter , Frankie’s flour and a mix of soy milk and coconut milk.. this recipe will be made this coming week for dinner. Thank you!!! And Jamie :)
So happy to read your comment. I'll aim to make more vegan dishes on the channel... but yes, vegan butter and some form of non dairy milk will work great. Have you tried chia seeds or flax as an egg substitute?
@@GlutenFreeGuy no I haven’t because I eat eggs and meat, just not the dairy. :) (severe allergy) but it’s fine I am used to substituting or just let out. The flour though, that was more difficult, but thanks to you I found Frankie’s.
What is in the gluten-free All Purpose Flour blend?, if there is some corn or rice filler it's not safe for celiacs because it still contains gluten of some kind. I like you man, great job.
Hey, thanks for the comment. Frankie’s gluten free flour blend is certified gluten free and is traceable back to the primary source of origin for the ingredients.
Do you use a pasta roller or just your rolling pin to roll out pasta?
The filling is like what you would use for spanakopita!Thank you for sharing this amazing recipe 😋
Oh, that sounds like another good recipe to make. Thanks for the comment.
