Love all your recipes. Love that they are easy to cook and can be tackled by just about anyone. And also the use of simple and easily available ingredients including store cupboard items which are often quite cheap to prepare and also filling. Reminds me of my newly married days back in the 70's when a tin of spam had to be cut into chunks and made into a quiche to make it go further.
