Preparing to be unprepared is a good idea because then you won't be overwhelmed when your not prepared. You knew the whole time you wouldn't be prepared. Ok when travelling, it's always worth checking if there is a hidden disability service, provided by your transport provider, sometimes the best thing is to focus on the goal of where you'll be once you arrive, always look for the positives, don't get stressed about social cues, you can research how others manage where your going 😊

One thing I've actually found comforting when traveling to a different culture is just remembering that they probably think ALL foreigners are weird, so at least I won't stand out as weird quite like I do in my own culture. They can tell pretty much right away that I'm American based on accent, so they'll just blame any "quirks" on that :D
Idk how it works in the states, but when I recently went to Tanzania, Africa (which I’m thinking about making a video about sometime), that helped a lot. People there don’t know how I «should» be acting accordingly to culture, so I definitely agree for traveled outside your own country! :)

Traveling in the States doesn't work out quite as well......I'm on vacay right now and have tons of anxiety, but alas.
