Could somebody tell me if I buy the paid upgrade and my Ninja v dies, do I keep the codes and can I use them on a new device or are they connected to the device? I bought a used Ninja V for a very good price with a top of extras, but I don't trust it to function for a long time, so if I upgrade I wanna be sure I can transfer it to a new device. Thanks!

Paywalls are a deal breaker…you want a vacuum that actually sucks, buy the upgraded feature to enable useful suckage.

AtomOS 11 is a free upgrade, providing the same features that were present on the Atomos Ninja V before with an updated interface. So the vacuum cleaner still sucks the same way as before. Same power, same cleaning rate, same features.
New features (which were never part of the Atomos Ninja V) are now a paid upgrade. Sounds very fair to me.

Yes, the AtomOS 11 can be installed by everybody!
Just some features are behind a pay wall - but everything you could do before still works as per usual!

do i have to pay to use wifi on my atomos ninja ultra with the connect? It wont let me connect to wifi!

No, when you purchase the Connect module, connecting to WiFi is included. I'd chat with the support at atomos, they are very helpful with this kind of stuff.
Maybe, make sure that the password is correct and the antennas are connected.

But after this upgrade i am unable to record audio properly video and audio are not syncing properly sometimes it stops recording audio after 4-5 min sometimes it starts missing frames dynamically causing audio delays it cant be reversed to 10os it just made me to search other recorder device options now😑😒

I have not experienced any of these issues. I just used the Atomos Ninja with AtomOS 11 to record 30+ minutes multiple times this week with Line audio + Camera audio via HDMI. No issues. Please contact Atomos support and let them know, I think they may be able to help you. Definitely not a reason to look for a different recorder IMO.
