Xppen Huion and Wacom are now leading brands in this technology. Each brand is good in some specific areas.
Wacoms build in quality is better but if you want to buy a wacom with all that specs, it is gonna cost you a lot.
Xppen is very similar in build in quality plus it offers a lot of stuff wacom never does. Pen holder, extra nibs, screen protector etc.

Merhabalar, koruyucu sadece tablet yuzeyinin çizilmesini önlüyor ve tabletin omrunu 1-2 yil uzatiyor.
Bende tabletleri koruyucusuz kullandim. Eskisini 3 yil kullandım ve bir sknti olmadi. Şuanda başka bir model kullaniyorm ve koruyucusu yok.
Eger koruyucusu varsa kullanmanızı tavsiye ederim, yoksa da cok gerek yok zaten piyasadaki cogu urunun koruyucusu yok.

I cannot thank you enough for this review. I recently jumped from a Bamboo Pad to a XP-PEN G640, it was a big improvement for my geometry descriptive online classes. But while searching for more information and tutorials I felt the need to upgrade it again. G640S was the first idea, but you "convinced" to buy this one. I can only say that working with this tablet does make a huge difference on the quality, I can focus more on the class and less on the tool. Altough you may be also dangerous, after whatching your IPEVO camera I've had to control myself... ;-)

Actually you are right. Pen holder is good but not better than most other brands' pen holders. I tried a lot of tablets from various brands and I think I was expecting to see a better pen holder for a such good quality tablet :)

Hi Mark, I am not using the device as a designer and I have never used it with photoshop. Thats why cannot answer your questions. I only know that it has 8k pressure sensitivity and you can adjust pen pressure in settings.
What screen recording software are you using? Any time I try to do a screen recording while using this exact tablet, my computer overheats, the fans run full speed, and the pen ends up lagging behind so much that I can't use it! I have a MacBook pro, not a very old one either. I feel like I shouldn't be having this issue when so many have used this tablet for lecturing. Any suggestions?

I am new with drawing tablets. I have a touch-screen laptop, do you think that I need this xp pen for online-teaching, or I can use a simple stylus +micro-soft whiteboard instead?
Most people use graphics tablets bcz it is more comfortable writing on tablets. They are specifically designed for handwriting that's why their surfaces are much better than glass.
I'm using it to teach online via zoom and Google meet, but lately my Laptop restarts every time I go online and connect it. What could be wrong?

You can definitely do that. Many people do not use gloves. I personally find gloves useful for display tablets. For classic one like Deco 03, I never use it and I beleive it doesn't effect my performance.

I just got mine. Did you put the protective film on? I've seen a few videos and it doesn't seem like anyone is using it. Is there a place that shows all the options for the buttons and what they do? Also, how did you get the pen to appear in your top bar?
I know a lot of people using the screen protector. It is important bcz when you use couple of months, you will realize the scratches on the surface of the tablet if you don't use it. However, it doesnt affect the functionality. But it makes strange sounds.
It is about the software you are using. I am using pdf annotator 8 and you can find a review video on my youtube channel. Each software has their own shortcuts, you need to check settings, find shortcuts and assign.
If you are asking about onenote, onenote 365 in full screen mode gives you pens at the top.

Hi, have you tried connecting any drawing tablet to a chromebook? I am looking for one to connect to chromebooks for my students. I basically need the pen function to draw/annotate pdf using Kami, as well as to draw on Pear Deck google slides. Thank you!
Hi Nerish, I didn't try but I know most tablets doesnt work with chromebooks. They said some wacoms work but I am not sure. I will look into it and also please Let me know if you find out.

i havent tried deco mini7 but I will receive mini 7 wireless (newest xppen product) in a few days.
In terms of the tablet quality, it is very vry similar to deco 01. Almost same. Just smaller version. It is not too small tho. Not 6x4. It is like 7x4.5 so, bigger than small tablets. Kind of a medium size. Medium and big size tablets are always better than small ones bcz it is hard to work on details in small tablets.
I think deco mini7 is a good choice but they are adding a wireless feature now, i find wireless tablets better, more convinient. I dont know when they will start selling but it might be a good choice to teach wth deco mini7 wireless.

Actually I found your channel a few weeks ago... Your videos are very helpful for especially for Mathematics teachers during this COVID situation, where online classes are must. I recommend Xppen products. They are as good as wacoms, plus cheaper and they have extras. If you need a wireless one check xppen Deco 03. A very good tablet. I will review it next week. I am a freelance artist from india,I do character designs and digital painting.But since my tablet broke.Not like broke into pieces,it just stopped recognizing the pen.And there's only very little you can do with a mouse character sculpt and designing.So this sort of like a revamp for me if i could my hands on it.And yeah luck is also a factor.So hoping to see what the future holds.Nice video BTW. Hey, I've seen in many reviews that while unboxing you already find a layer of sheet covering over the tablet. Is it also a protective layer? Or do we need to remove that first and apply the protective layer which comes in the box?

It is just a plastic layer to prevent having damages during the shipment. However, I didn't try writing on it. maybe you can... but I don't think it protects the surface. I removed that layer as soon as I opened the box.

you can do everything a mouse does. so, you can definitely write on ppt files with annotation mode.

I dont think free Adobe has a writing function. Most people are using note taking software to write on pdf files. Some software free, some of them not: I recommend one, Pdf Annontator, it is free for one month you can download and try, very cool software and much better than most note taking software. Yes, definitely. It is like a mouse. It works everywhere a mouse works.
I have used this for several months. Lately there has been a problem. After hundreds of times plugging-unplugging, now the jack on the tablet is a little bit loose. When I plug the cable to the tablet, everytime it is touched, there is an error sound like it is disconnected. (Do you understand? Sorry my english is not good). Like I have to be careful not to touch the cable that's connected to the tablet. Do you have the same problem?

Hi Tahir, Wacom One (CTL 472) is a good one. Many teachers use that model.

They definitely work. Graphics tablets are like wireless mouses. They work everywhere a mouse works.

Deco pro is better than deco 01 v2. Tablet quality is similar but button arrangements are better in deco pro.
Pen is also better. There js a barrel shape pen holder comes with the pro.
And deco pro is a little bit bigger in size (same active area).
These are the differences.
However, you will get the same performance from both if you are using to teach online. You dont need to buy a super professional graphics tablet if you don't have a budget.
You can also consider buying a wireless one. I usually go with wireless option because I dont like cables on my desk. Deco 3 is a good wireless graphics tablet. Very similar to both, but also wireless. I reviewed that one too:th-cam.com/video/gQ9IBQ_5PUc/w-d-xo.html

I like deco 03 better bcz it is wireless, it has a dial button and the pen holder is super safe. Tablet quality is similar to deco 01(no big difference), pen quality is a little bit better.
Deco 01 v2 is also a good one. It has a surface protector and an android mode.
I dont know which functions you need amd i dont know your budget but I would buy deco 03 bcz I dont need the android mode. And I really like wireless stuff.

I didnt use it with it. I just tested it for a few days and currently using another model bcz I am receiving different products from different companies all the time.
Amyways, deco 01 v2 is really good. And I know some people have no trouble using it with the screen cover. I hope someone from chat will share their own opinions.

Exactly. A lot of people I know got used to it in a few days. It can be hard when you first use it but I beleive you will have a smooth and perfect handwriting in a few days.
