Excellent presentation and now I feel like I can use this application with my tablet. I will keep this video on the side to continually review until I know it like the back of my hand. Again, good job!
Perfect !!!! Being a maths teacher, i was looking out for a pdf reader which would allow me to write on ma pdf documents. All problems solved!!! And i did subscribe. Thanks.
Hi, this is what I am searching till now.convey my sincere thanks to let us know about the software. As I am a teacher and need such software to teach online. But in this video you have completed the tutorial quickly for which I couldnot follow u at some point. May I request u to make another video to explain about the tools on the left pane of the software. Awaiting for ur reply. Thank u.
I am glad it is helpful. I added your video request to my list. I have couple of videos needed to be recorded in a few weeks. Then, i will try to record another one about pdf annotator. Thanks.
I just love you man 👌🏻. Your videos are neat, organized and absolutely informative. I have many questions regarding WACOM and annotation on both Mac and Windows, but I am sure I’ll find the answers in your channel. One I have watched all your videos, I may “not” have any remaining questions 😅
Thank you very much for your kind words.💙 I am glad you like the videos. Hopefully you will find all the answers but If you can't, let me know please. :)
You deserve a gold medal for this very useful video. Thank you so much. I just got a Huion 13 Pro and I was trying to use Krita to create some math videos for my students to review and study. It was not going well at all. This software is perfect and I am using PowerPoint to record the video and ShotCut to edit my video. Again, thank you so much. Your information is invaluable!!
I use that program with my surface pro 6 and my XP-Pen deco 01 v2 drawing tablet( the tablet is connected to my non-touchscreen laptop/desktop). It will be good if the program can let users type mathematical equations.
It is a really cool software. I m a newcomer for online teaching and in searching of this type of softwares. Can i copy and past something written on onboard software ?
I record my audio and video seperately to get a max quality. I record my voice with audacity software (free) by using fifine t669 usb mic. I have a review of the mic here: th-cam.com/video/n7vsJr7APZE/w-d-xo.html And I record my screen by using a screen recorder software. It is not free, I have a full premium package which includes video editor as well. It is corel video studio and you can find the link in the video description. However, there are free screen recorders you can try. You can also use websites like loom to record your screen.
Thank you for informations and download link. I am maths teacher too, in online lessons, I was using onenote program with zoom, it has drawing feature but it is not so useful, I will try this program I liked it🙏
I have a question. When I open a PDF file and then close it, when I open it again, it starts from the first page! How to save the opened page in this app?
Mehmet hocam videolarınız çok güzel. Uzaktan eğitimde matematik öğretimi ile ilgili videolarınızın devamını bekliyoruz. Deneyimlerinizden daha fazla faydalanmak isteriz. Teşekkürler.
These are my favorites: th-cam.com/video/5UZCQCHhD4w/w-d-xo.html And I definitely recommend you to watch the video. I like those models I discussed in the video but I usually use huion Inspiroy dial and xppen deco 03.
Do you have issues with annotation quality when viewed in a different PDF viewer such as Adobe Acrobat Reader? I can change the resolution that I save at but I would prefer it saves it as an eps format so the lines are smooth.
You are right, when you just click the save button, annotations look really ugly. I think the solution is printing as pdf files. Before you close pdf annotator, you can use print option to save as pdf files and if you do that, it saves with the good quality annotations. I tried and it worked, please try and let me know. It takes more time then just clicking the save button but hopefully it works.
@@MathMathX you're right this does work much better in terms of resolution quality. Although the annotations appear rather jagged or have random bumps. This is especially noticeable if I have thin lines. I think somewhere in this conversion process there are errors in interpreting where exactly the annotation marks are. Although PDF Annotator has a lot of cool tools, these simple kind of issues really are a deal breaker for me. I think I'm going to stick with Drawboard. That's the current software I've been using for annotating PDFs. But thanks for the very interesting and helpful video (and thank you for replying, I do really appreciate that)!
@@mitchellfowler2293 thanks Mitchell. You are right, a small issue sometimes become a headache. But i dont think this is a small error :) I also had another problem with the software before but they fixed it with an update. I hope they will fix this one as well. I used drawboard couple of times and planning to record a video about that. Do you think it is a good one? Did you experience any issues? Thanks in advance.
Can you give some details why you prefer this OneNote or something teacher specific like WorkSpace? I know WorkSpace is not cheap, but our district paid for a few MOBI tablets and it comes with them.
Workspace or other interactive whiteboard/tablet software are also good. But i prefer pdf annotator bcz in my lectures I annotate on pdf files, and I want to save my annotations on these files without changing the size of the paper. I think pdf annotator is the fastest one to do that. This is the only reason I choose the software.
I have been using it for my studying and sure it definitely performs better than OneNote for me. The learning curve is steeper but we have the freedom of customization. However, what I notice is that the file size is way larger when I add pictures. My 10-pages note has a file size of about 50MB. Tried compressing it but can only get to half its size. I am comfortable with this though, but just asking, do you have another similar note-taking software I can check out? Thanks!
Hello! I am also an online math teacher and I use a combination of OneNote and Zoom. The problem with OneNote is that I gets my MacBook hot really fast. I tried to find an alternative to it and came up with this video. Unfortunately, the PDF Annotator is not available for Mac users. Have you got any alternative programs for Mac users?
Hi! I know this is one year later but if you haven't yet found another application, Notability for Mac works well. Just open your PDF using Notability and you can annotate the document. You'll have to export the Notability document back to PDF if you'd like the file in that format.
The best alternative is Xournal++. Free open source, Latex Support, ruler, setsquare and pdf annotation. Developed for Mathematics by mathematicians and computer scientists in their spare time.

I was used free version. Its very useful. Good luck everyone
One of the Best Channel n Explanation I ever Came across.

Helped a lot ❤️. May I know which screen recording software do you use?
This is corel video studio. It has its own screen recorder in the software package. 👍
We should have pen tablet to make this software work right?
Great video! Can you tell which one of your tablets you used to create this video?
I beleive I used huion inspiroy dial, one of my favourites. Here is the review of that model th-cam.com/video/NMgWVKtRAC8/w-d-xo.html
@@MathMathX Thank you for your quick response, even at this late hour.
Is it possible to hide the tool bar in full screen mode ??? N get it back with a click whenever required?
Yes, you can definitely do that, just change the "full screen mode" settings and make the toolbar visibility "on demand".
Done. Thanks dude.
Few more questions:
1. Can I make cursor appear little bigger?? Maybe like a pen.
2. Is it possible to start a document with black background. ?
Is it possible to insert a sticky note (or any other pop-up note) with equations? Is there latex support?

You can only copy or edit your annotations, not the things already written on the pdf file. There are some editing tools but not that one.
@@MathMathX got it. Thank you
Thank you for letting us learn about this useful information and for the giveaway of course ;) 👍
Great sir..
Can you please tell me which screen recorder are u using ?
It is Corel Screen Capture. It comes with corel video studio.
Thank you very Much for this tutorial. Really beneficial for the teachers. Excited to hear about the giveaway! You are so generous brother !
Hi
Do you have any autohotkey assigned for the pen colour?? Or any other short key for changing pen colour....

Thank you for introducing to the application.

There are highlighters in free version as well. Just play around with settings and you will find them (if they did not change it recently).

Yes definitely. You can click save and it saves in seconds. If you need a really good quality annotations, you can use the print to pdf option.
Hi, beside one note or pdf annotator, what software are u recommending for math teachers?
