      it is the best exercice actually, basically static hold he's showing but walking, which makes it even better, it's called farmer's march. and it destroys your forearms in a good way

      @@jasonmitchell4493 injuries stop or slow training progress. Repetitive stress injuries are real. Training should stress muscles and nervous systems so that good food and rest can grow capabilities. Training shouldn't injure. You're just spreading gym bro stupidity.

    I loved everything except the very end: block out the pain. No, feel the pain, feel your body 100%. Blocking out pain is stealing your opportunity to get stronger, mentally and physiologically.
