    Loved this video...here are some I think could make the cut...
    1. Being able to resolve a problem.
    2. Being able to generate revenue, via on your own or through your career.
    3. Having a place to stay.
    4. Being able to chose your path in life.
    5. Being able to think for yourself.
    6. A long distance drive or walk.
    7. Being able to have access to basic necessities of life.
    8. The ability to invest in yourself.
    9. Your children (if you have any).
    10. A good movie (I don't remember if you nailed this in part 1, I know you said a good book).
    11. A good work boss or great clients (if you own your own business).
    12. Realizing it's never too late to make positive changes.
    13. A good video game (like a movie).
    14. Genuinely kind people.
    15. A great life partner.
    That's all I can think of right off the bat. At least, those are the things I appreciate everyday.

    Part 2 should include the idea of appreciating ourselves. A lot of times in life like for example when we're single, we want to be in a relationship and when in a relationship we miss single life. Appreciate yourself and appreciate where you are when you're there. If you can't enjoy being alone, something is wrong. Appreciate your friends around you but also you must appreciate all the little things including the weird things that go into making YOU

    Getting in a relationship with a lady you love. Everyone loves the feeling but it is about small moments where help her out on something she is tangled. When you motivate her. Those priceless kisses and hugs and cuddles can make your bad mood or a tired better. I think love and emotion is something everyone should experience at least thrice in life as a 10 yr old, a 16 year old and a 23 yr old where you end up marrying. Loved ones hold something special in your life can be dad mom or wife/girlfriend. Love is a must to be happy. Have a positive relationship well everyone have ups and downs but it is about resolving the fight with a kiss. Love is a deep topic. And it should be treated normal. So love in a way that does not affect your work
    Alux guys I hope this is some amazing moments of life that makes worth living it. Thank you

    I actually Appreciate a break up with my daughter's mother, I tried with all my might to work things out, but she just wanted out. That experience got me focused, it centred me spiritually. Because I had one goal to accomplish, which was to win her back, I developed disciplines which sculpted my life. You know how in the intro you say "There were times when you had less than you have now. There were times when you were less than you are now." That period work in me to shape me to what I am, I wanna thank her sometimes for the difficulty...
    So My suggestion is, appreciate, and value the Difficulties.
    Suffice it to say, We never made it together, and all worked out incredibly nonetheless.

    Some of mine as I discovered: freshly cooked bacon for breakfast, a smell of a good coffee, cigars, when you hit a great drive (in golf obviously), when you floor it on your Harley Davidson, completing a lego set, when scratching off something from my bucket list, when you walk across the room to aproach a girl for the first time...

    - Abilities to run, not being paralyzed
    - Still having grandparents
    - Enjoying nature
    - Silence, enjoying silence, sound nature, peacefully
    - Paying the bills, being debt free
    - Being part of a group:

    OPTIONS / CHOICE
    This is something we take either for granted or completely ignore. We constantly have the choice in everything, everyday at any given moment.
    And at that moment of the human evolution we have an infinite amount of options. We can chose from halopathic medecine, homeopathic medicine or Qi healers. Of course the money you have can facilitate your choices but we still have the options!
    That's something we should appreciate in life.
    PS: I appreciate Alux a lot, they bring a lot of value and are not bullshitting us at all. Thanks and keep up the good work.

    I got my puppy few months ago, after years of not having a pet (I grew up surrounded by them !) and I must say, it was hard ! A lot of work to raise a puppy properly, especially a smart breed. But this brought me so much good things. Helps my health both physical and mental, and definitely forces me to be more responsible (cleaning the house, grooming the dog, etc.)
    Love love love pets, they are the best !

    Hiking in nature, watching old movies, eating cool bar food at a dive bar, massage, living a clean life, creating something that will outlive you, reading a good book, walking on the beach, exploring roadside attractions when you travel, photography, smelling fresh linen, hugging a puppy, getting published, getting to know God, good foot massage.

    #15 is amazing. I remember back in 08 when I was working out a lot with friends and we were going on a lot of small road trips together over the summer. I looked great, felt great, got a lot of attention from friends and women. Made me feel really good and in turn made me want to make others around me feel good too. Sigh good times.

Because like reading books, with access to social media, u get to see places that you may be able to go to, interact with people who have been away or you've been missing so much and also seek help from other people or support people who are going through difficult times by your words of encouragement.

    Another thing is when you meet new people. I always believe in the saying that no man is an island. No matter how good you are or even if you're someone who doesn't care too much, at some point, you will appreciate having friends around. Also, whenever I travel, I would always look forward to the new people who I will meet. Meeting people from other places is one of the reasons I travel a lot.

    The moment you realise the person who you love, loves you as much. Usually it's at the start of any relationship and gives a surreal feeling. It's like having your reality shattered and remade tremendously in your favour. It's in that moment life feels more than conquerable.

    Living in a country stable enough to allow the luxury of enjoying videos like these on a peaceful Sunday night;
    Looking at stars (if you can see);
    Staying quiet and listening to the sounds around you (if you can hear);
    How cool air feels blowing by;
    Having the support of every human around you who shows up everyday, doing reliable work that makes your own Life possible and enjoyable (someone made that beer, someone generated those lights, someone is keeping that Internet running);
    Remembering that your own little tasks, as little as they are, help prop up the humans around you in return. Get to work!

    #13 A cold drink on a hot day: That brought back a funny memory of when I was like 10 or 11 and it was hot AF outside. I decided to change the sheets on my bed, change the pillowcases, set up a fan, grab some Koolaid, and read all day. Just one big problem: The pitcher in the fridge was empty. No big deal, I'll fill the pitcher and just use ice cubes. No ice cubes. No big deal, I'll fill the trays so I have ice cubes later and use a popsicle for the ice. No popsicles. No money to buy popsicles, no way to get to the store, and no way I was going out in that heat. I settled for water from the cold tap until the ice cubes were ready a few hours later.

    Take it from me personally Aluxers, Number One is so important. It’s been almost 4 years since I’ve lost my mother. She wasn’t highly educated and did not have millions of dollars in her bank account nor on her insurance policy, but whenever I had issues, she was there for me in my corner with sound advice when I could not wrap my head around the situation and didn’t feel comfortable going to anyone else. Apologies for the run on sentence.

"Enjoying little things" is different for each group; a lot of people I know love smoking and I can't stand it... Thanks for sharing !

    One thing that we all must appreciate is when someone compliments your look.
    I spend at least an hour of my day everyday putting on makeup, making my self look pretty even if I know not everyone will be pleased. But when you get complimented, it's like your boss tells you "good job". It's not really the makeup or us outfit that make us feel good about ourselves, it's the compliment that we get from friends, family or colleague.

    2. Appreciate the good and bad experiences we had.
    3. Appreciate the life we have right now because we may see it is not that great or maybe sometimes it feels like our life sucks but believe it or not there are people who wanted the current position we have.

    Very Cool, hi Alux it is I the SkyWalker writing to comment about this video if I may, it was good: also if I may I have an item to throw-in for part two...Time, I suggest Time for many reasons, some of my favorite reasons are based around what one does in the Time they have here on Earth, appreciating Time is often discarded in my opinion...I say that because in my experience I often hear or read on social media the quote "I am board", in my experience saying "I am board" is a red flag one is have not figured out how to appreciate the Time they are in; wider is the Time we all have, if one is "board" I suggest turning off the television as well as anything that can distract you then sit...either on your couch, your bed, your floor...then begin to reflect, in my experience Time goes sour when the Time we spend is not renewed; something as simple as remembering the move in day to your place should renew you, or reflecting when that girlfriend or boyfriend moved out should renew you, many memories are taken for granted in my opinion because it is easier to allow ourselves to get distracted by want "carries us away" than it is to Think, one need "Time" to Think...and that is why I would like to suggest Time itself as an option on the part 2 of "things to appreciate", thanks.

    Learning:
    you have to be grateful and appreciate every life lesson. With learning a new skill, a new life lesson and or even something simple as a new word. As examples. These all can vastly increase your value as a person and your quality of life. Imagine not knowing how to communicate effectively, perhaps in a foreign country? You can’t really live a life that’s enriched with every little aspect in order to live an captivating life you need to be able to communicate with the bus driver, class mates to make potential friends or even describing the location to a cab or Uber driver. Until you learn the language your quality of life will be diminished until you can communicate your needs and wants to others. This is all hypothetical of course. The point here is that you need to learn in order to grow and become the man or woman you want to become. Because in my opinion without learning your stagnant and your not moving forward.
    👌🏻

    First of all, thanks for such an amazing video to remind all of us about these little things which we usually forget in our daily life.
    As far as your question is concerned regarding what we viewers/aluxers should recommend, i think the fact that we all wake up with new energy, new thoughts...thats literally fascinating. No tiredness..we just wake up and start feeling fresh again and start our day. Thats really marvellous as if sleep helps in regaining our energy...

    Hey Alux, that's a great one. I will say to be alive itself is the best thing possible. Access to three basic things-good food, quality drinking water and electricity are the next points in my list.
    And obviously if we are living in a peaceful environment where we and our thoughts could grow, where we feel secured are the ones for which we should feel really lucky

    What’s Sup Alux ! I Definitely Believe One Of The Things We Should Include In Part 2 In The “Bad/Negative Moments We Experience In Life” There Is NO POSITIVE Without The NEGATIVE. Wing Wang If You Will. Everyone Is Always Only So Focused On The Positive. When They FORGET The Negatives Are Right Around The Corner. And Because Of 1 Negative Moment Their Life Or Moments Might Seems Pointless Or Heading Towards A Bad Path. Yet It’s Those Negative Moments That TRULY DEFINE US And Creates Understanding And We Develop As Greater Beings Of OUR SELFS.

    I’m very particular about what I read, as well.
    I read the best books that I can find - no junk.
    Being a lifelong learner is the only way to go. It’s definitely life changing.

    Having enough courage to wake up early, to WO, to eat clean, to study, to constantly (!) learn something new, to put yourself in a complete uncomfortable and unfamiliar situation and to find the way to become comfortable there and rise, to do not be afraid of quoting your job because you have enough knowledge and skills to find another one, to find the way not excuses, to want to live your life not to drag yourself through the life, to find the Alux.com 👍
