    Give this intense 5 minute dumbbell calf workout a try! You get a full calves workout and you can still do it right from home, all you need is a pair of dumbbells! Also, this would work as a killer circuit to do at the gym. Great for building muscle, increasing muscular endurance and as a finisher! Anywhere you are, all you need is dumbbells to do this routine which makes it very attainable especially since they don't need to be that heavy. 5 exercises, 1 minute long each. This is extremely effective that you'll be feeling it the next day. Follow along with the video if you'd like, a timer is run throughout on the screen!

    For anyone wondering, yes this works I do this workout + his full 5 minute leg workout 2 times a week and in about 2 weeks I can already see my calf’s are a little bit bigger and also more definition to them (my little “calf line” got bigger than before) . Make sure if your doing this though, do it with the proper diet/protien or you won’t see a difference

    A really good way to put on calf muscles easy is believe it or not to play basketball, something about the fast pace and short running and jumping and movement makes your calfs burn and grow to the point you don't even know

      @@redataleb3432 since making that comment I'm now a qualified PT and I'll suggest to just stick with calve raises and seated calve raises after your leg days so 2-3 times a week

    sometimes the more calf exercises you do of this nature, the skinnier and more athletic they become. it's genetics it seems.

      I'm a hardgainer with huge calves. My father is a runner and has been for the past 30+ years but instead of having skinnier calves he has fatter ones and so do I, guess I'm gifted eh? I don't really train calves (recently started training them more) and they're large as fuck

    I’ve been using ur workouts a lot and instead of me doing a circuit like 60 seconds straight I would use the exercises by doing sets but working my way up because I do not have the mental endurance to last a minute
