    thank you for these videos. I've been trying to find workouts for me for years, I'm a single full time dad and I have 3 jobs (I just like hustlin) and it's really hard finding time to workout , these are perfect and inspirational to keep at it. I've gone from 290 to 274 with your videos. I'm 30 years old at 5'9. super tired of folks greeting me with "what's up big guy".... so they ain't talkin bout my height for sure hahaha. Anyway, end of rant. I just wanted to say thank you and I'm grateful for these videos.

    joined a gym 50 days ago, Still I only do chest , and biceps workout (Not even once Have I done legs or abs) ,Just do a front lat pulldown with the chest section
    My trainer says once you will get better with these he will teach me new exercises.
    The training plan is terrible so I thought of working other muscles out myself
    This channel is helpful

    Anabolic Aliens I started u workouts and I feel amazing u help me with my neck problem and I started to get back in shape but could u do video to get strength I barely can do 10 correct push ups and don't even say to do pull ups or muscle ups but I know that every thing takes time....     was a tough ass workout, used a 6kg dumbbell (not sure what that is in lbs haha) as its my lightest one and god it killed. Cheers from England, very effective and easy to do.

    Hey, I´m 14 years old and want to start getting more strenght and muscles. The problem is all these exercises really hurt my lower back. Is it okay if I work all of my body except my abs? Or could you maybe make one of these videos for the lower back? I do remember like 2 years ago our school doctor told me I didn´t have enough lower back muscle or something like that. Thanks, and by the way I really like your videos. :)

    Hi I have a bit of a problem and it would be great if you could respond to this comment. Basically, all I've ever worked out are my legs, and now I've they're quite muscular. However, my legs are alot heavier than my upper body and since I've never trained my abs, they are alot weaker then my lower body muscle and are unable to support my legs in leg lifts e.c.t. I've been doing ab workouts and have noticed more definition in upper abs, but I can't really improve my middle because most excises targeting lower abs are leg lifts and similar things like that which I can't do. Can you PLEASE make a lower ab workout video for people who can't do leg raises and need to build enough muscle first to do them? It would be a life saver!!

    I'm curious on how I lose my fat that I take do to my medications and health issues. I've put on fat in my chest, abs, back, biceps and sides. I don't have a gym just 10lbs dumbbells. I'm cutting my calorie intake, walking 5-6 miles a day, I job some parts of my walking but can't push to hard cause of knee issues and everything but this fat just won't go away. I'm drinking muscle milk lean 50 to set aside the hunger. I'm currently fighting stomach and bone cancer by the way which has really made me weak and fight pain throughout my days.

    I have ankle weights that I keep on all day. Can I do this workout with those on? Or is the dumbbell better? Cuz I only have a 10 and a 15 pound ones.

      I mean you'd have to hold the ankle weights... up to you , I think it's easier to use a dumbbell but I've also never used ankle weights for something like this

    I've been doing your workouts for 5 weeks now. I've been training calfs,shoulders,chest,abs,forearms and bicep. I've been seeing great results but i only have 1 problem and that is abs. I don't know what the problem is. Im 5 ft 4 in (162 cm) and i weigh 102 pounds (46 kg) so im skinny for my age and height. Maybe im skinny fat or i have bad genetics but im not saying that i havent gotten results it's just that it wasn't what i anticipated.

    Can you do one for the teardrop in the leg. I have pretty strong legs but my teardrop is comparatively weak to my quads
