My lid temp gauge didn't seem to work when I put some charcoal in last night, first time using it. The lid was pretty hot, but the needle never moved. It was cold last night, lower 50's, so I thought maybe that might have affected it?
You should do a bbq video with this grill bro! Just bought one of these today. Going to make some Fajita, Chicken fajita, jalapeño bombers, and sausages tomorrow
Thank you for the video, Im interested in purchasing but it seems like alot to put together...I want to make this beer can chicken recipe: th-cam.com/video/0A1I8sK0LkQ/w-d-xo.html .. will I be able to make this on the expert grill? Seems as tho that top rack in the grill will get in the way of me being able to stand the chicken up on the beer can.
It does seem like a lot at first but it’s actually not that bad it’s very straightforward in the manual book also you can check your local Walmart they sell them pre assembled as well and with the top rack that can easily be removed and reinstalled it just unhooks from in the inner walls
