Any literature on excessive vitamin-E from dietary sources? I get several times the USRDA of vitamin-E everyday and don’t take supplements.

27 had chest pain for years no job etc, 800 IU without oil significantly reduced my chest pain, but a no oil, no nut john McDougall diet actually eliminated my pain.
