But still, respect to both guitarists with their own unique approach to the song.

I've had the privilige of seeing all three lead guitarists live with GN'R throughout the decades (slash-buckethead-bumblefoot-slash2.0) and it is clear as glass that Slash's lead guitar play is woven into, around and throughout Guns' songs... His more bluesy-style fits the songs so much better. Now on another note: I LOVE buckethead. His solo work (Death Cube K) is magnificent... but his style doesn't fit GN'R. Neither does Bumblefoot's style.

Bullshit. Slash can't play that fast. He himself told the interviewers that he isn't as good in technical stuffs as Buckethead. Due to that disadvantage, Slash sticks to his Blues element and never enter Buckethead's element of Avantgarde technical element which includes shredding at fast rate.
