This is what makes Buckethead so awesomely versatile. He can give you music that'll make you relaxed, puts you to sleep, makes you cry AND he can also give you music that you can totally rock to and jam to, some hardcore metal, melodic shred. This guy is so versatile. Undoubtedly, the best on Earth.

Most other artists make songs that are a few minutes long, giving any emotion only a slight overview. Buckethead takes the time to live the emotion fully, describes it, lets it penetrate him, and us. It wasn't until the last few years that I really discovered Buckethead... However, when I listened to him play Soothsayer after seeing a cover clip from (of all people) TheDooo channel, I said OMG! where have I been to not find this guy before now as a listener of metal from the late 60's, etc. So I've been immersing myself in all things Bucketheadland, but NOW I run into this completely different side of him, and I am COMPLETELY blown away, AGAIN!!! The music just takes you to places that are so relaxing, then melodic and hard-driving and everything in between! There are only one or two players that come along in a lifetime, and he's one of them, for certain!
