One time I had to pawn my drums and I didn't have the money to get them back, and was ready to give up drumming forever. Then a friend gave me a Dennis Chambers video VHS tape, and I watched that several times a day for a month. I realized that I didn't pawn the drums because of money really, I pawned them because I was not getting better as a drummer because I couldn't do all the fancy stuff. In his video, he just talked about playing music instead of chops and it inspired me to get my drums back, and fall in love with playing again. Seeing him still playing and getting the respect he deserves made this old man cry today. Thank you Dennis, I am forever grateful

Long live Dennis Chambers🔥🔥🔥
"Hello.. I'm not dead yet.. just a little flesh wound" hahaha. Though many present would have been concerned by the recent change in his health/appearance; Dennis Chambers clearly has a character that transcends limitations - what a sense of groove, humour, humility.. legend. A giant from another world that I am grateful to have had insight into during my formative years.
I think Gergo may never wash his hands again. I wouldn’t

THANK YOU Dennis for being YOU BROTHER.
God please keep Dennis😭❤️
WOOOO DRUMGOD CHAMBERS 💯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 this is going to school for real this real legendary greatness going down . Get your notebooks out class is about to be given. Call your financial aide office and get the funds ready.
more and more..yessieur music is the good drugs...............good stock......... merci !de la gaspesie quebec .....!
This was dope. Good to see Mr. Chambers again. Also, shout out to whoever arranged this tune and decided to put the GAP Band groove at the end.
The pinnacle of his art. A true master of his craft.
What a beautiful moment with Gergo. That brought tears to my eyes.
Isn’t being a drummer great! 😁
Holy cow, I wasn't expecting to be hit with so much respect in that room for this fantastic artist, and the flood of emotion that just hit me with.
This dude is a legend, and he got that respect. Not fans adoring him and whatever, but straight up just... respect from that room. That was real.
I think 5 years ago he also gets ill and he recovered cause in his trio with Victor Wooten he looks healthy and fine.. Now it came back.. Prayers for him.. Gel well soon Legend
8:50 Will Kennedy’s smile after watching Dennis Chambers play. One of my favourite drum moments ever 😄 Great recognise great!
Thank you, Dennis Chambers! Your gifts to the world of music are priceless. We are all better for what you have given us
Even though I'm a drummer I always get totally blown away by Mono's bass playing. He's the star of the show
man, barely recognize him but he sounds flawless as usual. such a treat to see him perform w mono
Hi everyone, I think that's his favourite shirt.😂
Yes, last saw him perform with Santana, he's one who'll sit with any musician, and nail it.🎉
After I watched and enjoyed this I came to this conclusion: WE DRUMMERS ARE A FRIENDLY COMMUNITY 🤗
To Dennis Chambers: Thank you for all that you do and have done, for drumming, music and overall inspiration. YOU ARE THE MAN!
What a great arrangement. All of the best 'Dennis' solo vamps in one tune. Brilliant. Chambers... you are a legend.
And your special thanks to MonoNeon and Gergo Borlai - "young phenomenons" - I don't think those two will ever forget that...
Man every time I see this clip, it brings me to tears. Thousands of drummers who are in great physical condition, can't play on this level with Dennis Chambers... The Goat " The Greatest Of All Times " Like James Brown says. I don't want nobody to give me nothing, open up the doors and I will git it myself. The Funkalation!!!
LEGEND!! Love him.
His influence knows no bounds. Dennis is the original cool cat behind the kit and I’m blessed to have seen him play and to try my best to pick up some of his tricks on the kit.
Incredible and humble.
Thank you Dennis and massive thanks to Zildjian for this whole collaborative effort. It feels like family getting together with each new episode. The drumming community is alive and thriving and we need each other yo keep going.
Mannnnn! That was amazing! I almost want to say GhostNote played their butts off (if that’s even possible lol) even more because it was with Dennis. That was killer, great syncopation in that tune, definitely one for the books!
Dennis Chambers es parte de mi vida como Maradona!!!! Dennis is a part of mi like like Maradona!!!! te quiero hombre gigante!!!!
These videos are something special. I think they're the perfect representation of the very best of the musical community. Everyone is so supportive of each other, always humble, and always having an amazing time jamming with each other and learning from each other. Thanks to Zildjian for putting these on
NATE WERTH! makes every kit drummer smile. So much fun to watch.
Oh yeah this Dennis Chambers guy ain't so bad either. Lol
anyone giving this a thumbs down doesn't deserve thumbs!
