I love how he probably is so full of adrenaline when closing the solo, that he rushes and misses when playing the passage that leads to the horns. It just adds to the joy of watching this performance.
I've watched all the takes and I can strongly say that this to me is his best Lingus solo. Made me jump out of my chair, pause it like 30 times and go back, smack my head, cry and say wtf maybe 100 hundred times. Might seem like an overreaction but I miss old Cory, the harmonies are absolutely unbelievable...
