I've tried everything to get my thumb on that 1st fret for the F chord and can't do it. My other fingers don't want to stay on their frets and I end up muting other strings. Anybody have any tips? Good job on the lesson Jason!
You can try down tuning a full step and then putting a capo at second fret. Might be easier getting thumb over that way. Or instead of playing on guitar with 1 3/4" neck width at first fret trying playing on a guitar with smaller width like 1 11/16"
Harry - thanks for this - you're a very good teacher - didn't even know i could play this solo

It's very basic and you can also loop it and do all the melody over top and if you want to make it really interesting use octave pedal for bass line

Awesome! Any chance on the tabs we can see where the lyrics come in?
I've got tabs for the solos but not with lyrics. Send me an email if you want them anyway harryguitartuition@gmail.com
Did anyone write out the solo by string note and fret number?
Love this! Would it sound decent to switch between the rhythm and lead if playing alone?
If I haven't got my loop pedal I just stick to the chords and strumming :)
Hi Harry what make is your guitar please Colin uk😊
Hey Colin, It's a Maton EM325C :)
Love that Maton! What gauge strings?

Acoustic guitar, but i'm using a couple effects...delay and chorus
@@HarryLongworthMusic I noticed you talk about reverb and echo, loops etc. Can you explain please for an old fogie for whom acoustic is acoustic
