I'm in your Oct 23rd FB group, whoop whoop 👋😁
I am a beginner and have watched hundreds of videos but I am absolutely hooked on your teaching!! I love everything about it from giving us options on playing a chord in different ways to breaking the song down in to sections. Playing along at the end to the music containing lyrics and the notes was super helpful too. Thank you so much for your help!!
Hi Brian, I am so touched by your wonderful message and kind words 🙏 thank you so much! It is awesome to know that you appreciate my style and flow of the lessons! I hope you enjoy many more of my lessons to come 🤗🎶
Perfect. And the exact chords for the chorus, plus the incidental Am in the instrumental. The Maj 7 gives it a... dreamy sound.

Une autre bonne leçon de guitare 🎸
Thank you, I’m so glad you enjoyed my tutorial 😃🎵✨ appreciate your comment!
It's only tight that you should play the way the way you feel it, but listen very carefully tos the sound ....😊
Hi Amber, thank you for all the great tutorials! I am a teacher and love to show my students my progress and play and sing along with them. Could you please tell me where your guitar strap is from?
Hello! 👋🏻 so awesome to hear that you are sharing your musical journey with your students 😃🎸 I love hearing that! My strap is from a shop here in Dubai, however it has a metal buckle and keeps banging my guitar 🙈 if you look up Ernie Ball straps, they have some beautiful options with plastic buckles that won’t damage your guitar 😁
Bella interpretación de esta gran canción!! Casualmente tambieén hice un cover de DREAMS que edtá en mi canal.
Enhorabuena!!
You are so welcome! Thank you for watching 😃🎵🙏 I am so happy you enjoyed my tutorial 🎸

Thanks for watching and the support 🎶🌟

Hi Amber, would you mind to do some of my tutorials like Ronan Keating song When You Say Nothing At All and make sure you have everything the same way as Ronan Keating like same chords, same strumming patterns and same fingerpicking patterns. Also could you do some Lady Gaga’s songs like Shallow, Always remember us this way, is that alright, I’ll never love again, Million Reasons also please make sure you have everything the same way as Lady Gaga like same chords, same strumming patterns and fingerpicking patterns too. Also please find out how many times do we strum/ fingerpicked each chords for all sections of the songs.
Will definitely be doing a Ronan Keating song soon 😊
@@thestellarguitarist no bother Amber, don’t forget make sure you have everything the same way as Ronan Keating like same chords, same strumming patterns, same fingerpicking patterns too. Also can you please find out how many times do we strum/fingerpicked each chords for all sections of the when you say nothing at all song.
What a nice, beautiful voice you have, Amber. I like it better than Stevie Nicks, even though she is a great singer.
Wow thanks so much for the most amazing compliment! 🎶🤗 Stevie Nicks is incredible! You just made my day 🤩

Curious about the 1 strum and 2 taps. What is the count to equal 4. Is there a pause?
Hi! Happy to help, could you let me know at what time in the lesson I cover this? I've watched the lesson again and not too sure which section you are referring to? 😊
But-ter chick-en cur-ry! Thanks again. Did you do go your own way yet?
Only a Stellar Academy graduate will get this! 😂🎸🙌 no I have not! It’s on the ever growing to-do list though!
Better with Fm7 than a straight F
Any version of F will work, depending on your level. Most of my learners here on TH-cam are beginners so an Fmaj7 chord is perfect ✨
Lastima no entiendo el idioma ingles. Mucha deducción debo emplear. Saludos
You are welcome! Thank you so much for watching 🎵 😃
Where are you from, I'm in the United States, thank you for great guitar lessons
Originally South Africa but I’m living abroad in UAE ☀️
@@thestellarguitarist United Arab Emirates?
🇦🇪 yes!
@@thestellarguitarist do you have a place to lay your head at night? Are you safe?
Dubai is the safest country in the world 🙏 I’m blessed to be here ☺️
Hi does it matter that im following people using acoustic when im trying to learn play a stratocaster?
It doesn’t really matter what type of guitar you have, what really makes the difference is the type of music you want to learn to play! If you want to play folk/pop songs, then I’m the teacher for you. If you want to learn metal/rock/shredding and soloing, then you need to follow guitar teachers who specialise in that style of music 😊🎶 does that help?
@@thestellarguitarist i have a multiple taste in music i would like to play any genre i love Fleetwood Mac and many other bands, i picked up a strat because i like David Gilmour and Eric Clapton they both known for using a strat, i like the sound it can make. 99% of the videos i been watching are all acoustic lessons its rare i see an electric stratocaster lesson.
Have you heard the band Whiskey Towns version of this song? It’s awesome, should check it out! PEACE!
You know, I haven’t heard of that band or heard their rendition of the song Dreams. I’ll definitely check it out 😃🎶🌟 thanks!
@@thestellarguitarist Or it could be the band Son volt too…… I think both bands genre, is called alternative country?
For begginers, the rythum count is ........
1 2 & & 4 &
Yes you are correct 🌟
Eum... hey... do you come here often? :)
Lol I post every Sunday! 😁
Beautiful teaching style, so easy to understand. Pity the chord progression is completely wrong (to the original) and that the vocal notes clash so badly with the (simplified) guitar chords. VERSE: Fmaj7///|G6///:|| CHORUS: Fmaj7///| Fsus2maj7 (aka Fmaj7 over G)///:|| SOLO: Fmaj7///|G6///|////|F///||
Please send me the link to your cover and lesson of the song so I can see how it's done!
These chords from Russ actually do sound more like the recording. Quite a few tutorials teach F to G. The Fma7 to G6 hits the nail on the head. These are the Fleetwood Mac... Dreams isolated guitar tracks th-cam.com/video/Q2Qjf3wCgCo/w-d-xo.html and hear is a Dreams guitar breakdown that I thought was informative th-cam.com/video/FMSGtRtVvH4/w-d-xo.html. Please check them out. Thanks to Amber for sparking my interest and thanks to Russ for the clarification. This song is a favorite for so many including me.
