- In this video we take a closer look at the punching process which connects the fins with the heatpipes using stunningly big machines. Afterwards the baseplates are milled from a block of copper.
And if you missed the our heatpipe production video you can watch it here: • The production of be q...

Videos like this really put confiedence in the product, though i haven't used BeQuiet I will be trying one in my next build :)
Yet noctua is still kicking asses without showing the process of assembly
@@BitPicante Feel free to use that 💩 colored stuff
this is awesome!!! i have wondered before how companies manufacture air coolers with such precision spacing between the fins. I absolutely love my Dark Rock Pro 3. i'll probably never go back to liquid cooling after having 4 pumps die. Thanks be quiet!
I love these videos! Please keep them coming.
I like videos like this. Nice to see how its assembled, whole process.
It's a great idea to show us the manufacturing process, i like it.
You folks do some nice work! I have a number of BeQuiet components, and none have been a problem.
I've had three CPUs under the Dark Rock Pro 4 cooler, and none of them ever got hot. As long as there's air to the cooler, it'll stay cool.
Thank you! ;)
I love bequiet
LOVING THE PROCESS :)
impresive
I think I saw Deep Cool logo there, one of the big OEM cooler manufacture.
Wonder if you could ever make a passive cooler to rival noctua's. Even if it was just to improve the ease of mounting because it's quite the pain to line it up before screwing it down.
this is the only video about heatpipe that actually say the amount of water filled in.
No wonder cpu coolers cost like $50-$100. There really is a lot of effort going into them.
Wut?
This is an average production.
how you guys solder the fin stack ?
I just wish you take care of my PSU rma in California through ncix
Hello thank you for the video. Can you name the milky liquid, please?
Wich model is that gauge shown in 2:45 - 2:50 ?
Are there spacers placed between the fins to ensure equal spacing?
The aluminum plates are flared
Why dont you present one of them by making a loto among the subscribers?
