Hello Inga. As a tea lover for many years I must correct you in a good sense... It will be better to say " The most distantly remote tea growing places of West Europe". Both *Cha🌱 Gorreana " and *Porto🌱 Formoso* very distinctive places and got officially status of "Biodiversity" due of non industrial activity around them, but they are not just only ones 🌱🌱🌱of Europe. There's quite a few inside continental land... included your homeland Germany called *Tscha 🌱Nara*. We got *Tregothnan 🌱* plantation in Cornwall also small growing place at Plymouth too. Scotland has they own place 🌱 and all around European countries u can find bigger or smaller places for native cup of tea of local growers. As far as I know Belgium, France, Montenegro, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal (mainland), North Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Jersey also officially doing more or less of 🌱🌱🌱cultivation for us to enjoy 🍵. By the way... my intro in to Azores and friendship with them started long time ago exactly from 🌱of Gorreana, I was buying on eBay and then one day went to see it with myself... like you 😊
Hello! I wanted to thank you for you videos, it helped me planing my trip in São Miguel :) We are already leaving tomorrow after 10 days of vacation in what looks like heaven. I usually love coming back home (living in Strasbourg - France) but this time it's gonna be difficult to say goodbye to this island. We went to Gorreana the day before yesterday, it was funny seeing your video coming up just 14h after our visit :D And yesterday we went hiking at Lagoa do Fogo, it was really marvelous, we even had a rainbow over the lake 🌈 I figure you might be back in Hamburg now but safe travels to you!
There are acutally two tea plantations on Sao Miguel, the otherone is just a few Kilometers away, called Chá Porto Formoso, don't think they are connected.
Just found out about your channel and your videos inspire me :) Keep it up !
Cheers from France
Thank you! Will do! :)
Thank you
Welcome :)
