My goal here in a lil bit is a Texas trinity (brisket and sausage with jalapeños and cheddar) with jalapeño bacon twinkies and elote street corn. Brother, I think it’s time I meet you and get some great of preparing this and cooking it all (plus I think we would have a great Indy time making this HOT South street dish)
You could cut all of the kernels off the cob and just saute them in a frying pan to get a little color. I’ve even bought a bag of frozen sweet corn and done this when corn isn’t in season.
