This is one of those recipes that you have to make comfortable for your home. Adjust all ingredients to your liking #viewclub
Ingredients
Fresh corn, frozen corn, corn in a can- what you have on hand amigos make it work
Cotija cheese or parmesan
Margarine or butter
Mayonaise of choice
Key limes or your choice of citrus
Queso fresco optional
Hot Cheetos or favorite chips
Tajin
Tapatio Hot sauce of choice
Bufalo clasica sauce
Bolillo Bread
And a big pot of water
Salt to taste
For the sauce mix equal amounts of mayo and room temperature margarine with the juice of 1/2 key lime and salt to taste

Love elote!!🌽 We've been making corn bowls lately. Our local collage has corn from Memorial Day to about August. I air fried the cobs and cut the corn kernels off. It comes out so sweet. We add cotija cheese, butter, crushed hot cheetos and I recently bought a seasoning call Everything but the Elote from Trader Joe's and a little lime. Yum..I want corn now!

I am a new comer here. I am so happy I found you, best channel on YT by far. I m a native Texan , and even tho I am not Hispanic, it is by far my favorite cuisine. That goes for my children and grandchildren. We routinely have family dinners, and they are always centered around tacos, tamales, arroz con pollo, posole , beans & rice or something similar. They are comfort foods. From the time my granddaughter was born, she has been a picky eater. The one thing I could always get her to eat was refried beans and Spanish rice. She is fine now, but still her favorite food! I had spinal reconstruction surgery a month ago , and currently I can only walk with a walker, but I’m working on getting back to normal. Thank you so much for this wonderful channel, and reminding me of all the things I used to make that I havent in years. The minute I am fully recovered, I will begin making them again. P.S. I do not like hot Cheetos on my Elote either.

I looooove corn. I usually mix the mayo, tajin (or chili powder and salimon), and lime juice together and smear that on a buttered corn on the cob or corn in a cup. Easy and delicious. Tastes like childhood.
