Lots lots of comment about not wanting to speak like a CEO. The fact that matter is anyone who speaks with authority is perceived as high achiever and a potential leader so any aspiring leader should start practicing it to make it look like it’s natural from their beginning after career, not after becoming a CEO.
In my opinion if someone like AVP speaks like CEO is just funny and out of place. Those aspiring by dressing like C -suites or speaking like them seem to be pathetic, rather than perceived as aspiring to seniority.
Some read books on communication, some take courses, others learn from leaders who can speak with clarity. There are many ways to learn to speak like a CEO. It all takes practice though. It's through practice that you improve this skill.
It's all about positioning yourself as a leader before you get to that position. When you do this, you get promoted easier because your boss already sees you're leadership material.

I guess the question is, are they getting promoted?
Grammarly is not allowed in workplaces.
I have a question. How do CEOs learn to speak like that? Not everyone takes a masterclass right?
