I think this may have been my favourite of these Bangarang in the Gutterlands episodes so far. Not sure if it was the style of this junkbot (love the big tank on his back, and armpit pistons are so in vogue right now) or that this one included the Bangarang book! Which is just awesome by the way, who'd have thought all those scratch builds ago that now you'd have a game and a book and a lore website. So cool to see.
You are the Bob Ross of Scratch building with your happy little death bots. Is cat using subtitles now cause I can't picture... It typing with folk fingers. Brilliant as always.
Bill... I must say, I do love your storytelling and the stories you tell!🥰 You are such a you to watch/listen to. I can sense the passion through the screen😍 You are an inspiration and a beutiful creature, keep doing what you are doing and I/we will keep cheering you on Lots of Love for a filthy ruster😘
Nice to have you back bubs!! I picked up Bangarang and couldn't be happier too. Im not a gamer but it was your artwork that drew (LoL) me to it. Thanks for the countless hours of entertainment and unending inspiration. Best of luck in all your future endeavors!!
I've been having a blast planning out my bots! The gutterlands has me hooked! On that note.... I better get this hook out. Im sure I'll get space tetanus....
Bill, you need a magnet applier. Take a piece of dowel and two of the magnets you use. Put glue on one of the magnets and stick them to the dowel. After the glue dries, put a spot of glue on the other end of the dowel and carefully pull the second magnet off and make sure you keep it in the same orientation. stick it to the other end of the dowel. Now take a blaster, arm, or pounder that already has the magnet in it the right way. Find the end of the magnet applier it sticks to, mark that "weapon" or "hand" or whatever you will remember this is the end that sticks the magnet in the attachment. The other end of the applicator gets marked "arm" or "beadbot" or "Robbie" or whatever reminds you this is the robot end. Now when you want to stick a magnet into an attachment, put it on the "weapon" end of the applier and stick it where it goes. Ditto for the arm magnet, just use the other end.
I just connect the two magnets I'm using together, then get a permanent marker (like a Sharpie) and colour in the ends of each magnet that are visible. I then make sure that these are the ends that get glued. I usually use a blue pen so my small brain can remember "blue to glue"!
I missed your content, but I'm glad you took a break. So many people don't understand that just because a job is fun and creative, that doesn't mean it's not completely draining and exhausting. Glad you're back, Bill.
I would just LOVE to hear Bill, at least once, give a great big belly laugh. Don't know why but I think he would have a really good one. Hopefully, we see it one day?
I'm happy to see you back up in your good spirits bill. These bots looks insanely good! I'd love to come meet you in Chicago bit that's about a 14hr drive for me in one direction, one of these days, I'm gonna have you out to the ranch and I'll teach you how to cowboy. Cheers fella! Keep up the hard work
Love your videos and sense of humor! Your channel and a few others have inspired me and my twin boys to began making mini figures. I made my first figure after watching a lot of your videos. It was a 1:12 scale. I'm working on my first 28mm figure now. My boys are almost done with their 1:12 junkbots. Can't wait to post them on the discord.
My son and I live near by the convention. He was super excited to hear you're coming to visit us! Sadly, I am on a restricted driving permit at the moment and coincidentally I'm not allowed to drive on that specific day of the meet and greet. Regardless, we hope you have a wonderful stay in the great windy city! Maybe we can catch you another time!
Damn I should have read the rules before building my Junkbot/Tonk mix....now he has a smiley face, with two eyes...hope the other Junkbots still accept him as one of them...Love your build Like always..And the paintjob ...i ve to sleep now....ähm, fits perfectly
We are cold here in Kansas City...the Missouri one. Boiler didn't kick on one night and we woke up to 58 degree house...that was too cool. Cat would have wanted a coat here. Say "Hello" to Cat from us, thanks.
Really beautiful beadbots Bill! You've given me the enthusiasm to go to my hobby dungeon and build somthing. Glad your feeling a bit better and more rested and congratulations on your game! First of many I hope.
Favorite episode of the Gutterlands! I bought a copy of the book too! Now my friends will hate me for sure.... Love the interactions with the cat, he's such a lovely guy!
I'm thinking that the extra oil wash is to prevent more rusting. I think the shield looks more like a bank vault door & a locking handle is easier to remember than the ship air sealing door hatch lock! Don't forget to take extra Bangarang booklets to sell at the con! Perhaps setup a board with all the bots & tonks you've built as a display!❤
Friction with the coworkers? It happens. It’s like GAME OF THRONES in the attic cupboard. Very cool that you’re coming to Chicago. New Orleans and now Chicago? You’re slowly moving closer to me. Now all I have to do is wait.
Hmmmm a blue eyed ginger junkbot I guess we don't have to ask which junkbot Bill identifies with. Would they be Brespecs or perhaps Pecreasts? Here's an idea for your magnets. Use a red magic marker to mark one side of the magnet should cut down your putting them in wrong. Good to see you're feeling better and back to making some really incredible bots. Love how the storyline just keeps evolving.
Glad to see ya back! Hope you had a great little break! Congratulations on the game! Would love to come say hi while you’re in Chicago however don’t think I can put that trip together. But congrats on everything you have going on!
Deserved a second comment, I live 10 minutes from the venue that adepticon is held at. Your not going to be shot! It's a suburb of Chicago not the inner city. This will be my fourth year at adepticon, it's a blast, I hope to run into you and maybe buy ya a pint! Though out here it's usually only 12 oz (355 ml) at a time! 13:19
Funny how before you painted the boy, he looked like a Mad Max'ed Shockwave from Transformers and im really like the idea. Really looking forward to the final 4th faction bot.
Once again when I stop making my own stuff and your new episode is out then I start doing things again! Thank You Bill! I think about making bot like this one but with all movable parts.
Very nice build! I am currently (struggling to) building my bot with the backcover random table, and I can only dig the apparently effortless great looks of all your builds... I’d love to see Cat as a new deity spawning a clandestine cult on Respite...
Classic episode. I do fancy the ones where you make stuff. Solid build. Nice and rusty. 10/10! I do hope that Cat gets a Monocle for the next episode where you build his mech.
Hey Bill, glad to hear you're headed our way in March for Adepticon. While you're there you should give The Meat Grinder a try. Think it might be right up your alley. Or gutter. Your choice really. See you there!

Bill's poor kids are gonna be dressing up as a giant beads for Christmas next year in hopes dad will come down from the attic.
Sheild is what the junkbots call a shield
Nice to see cat is willing to take up the mantle of the show. Personally I would love to see some of cats work.
The police saw some of Cat's work. It is in a folder somewhere. They didn't love it. XD
Looking forward to future videos of Cat Making Stuff

Had to order the book when Cat texted me that he'd cry if I didn't. Nobody wants that, except Bill.
Will Doing Things, my fave!
Oh. It's you.
I absolutely love the interactions with Cat. You make him seem so real and alive! LOL
He is real and alive! Don’t do that to me!
Wait WHAT, Cat is not alive?
This channel is great, cat has got to be one of my favourite TH-camrs. Bill is also like, kinda funny.
You are the Bob Ross of Scratch building with your happy little death bots. Is cat using subtitles now cause I can't picture... It typing with folk fingers. Brilliant as always.
When your kids watch these vids , every dad joke you've told /will tell will be about you . There's a happy little thought lol .
Love that we got some sociopolitical background on Respite with this one. Really hoping to find the time to build some Bangarang bots soon!
How are bangarang bots controlled anyway? Are they autonomous? Some guy climbs inside and wears it as armor? Telepresence?
The squeak of your new operating table is just long enough to make all my hair stand on end.
No such thing as a standard episode Bill, every one is different and that's why we love it. I think the paint job is spot on 👍

Might be better to use nail polish, won't wipe off metal like marker would. (& it comes in blue)❤
@@thespaniard1810 that’s what do too but this is a great idea because then you always have a quick reference to swap weapons between figures
Sketches please!
I love it when bill making a stuff
I watched the Meaty One vid yesterday, went to the guitar shop today. The gave me free strings from the bin!
Glad to have you back and feeling rested, Bill!

Yous truly, EdwinK
I’m good thanks Bill, yourself? I love your ides! Great stuff.
Love the build, probably my favourite so far, the door-shield is a great idea, implemented perfectly
Very cool looking bot. The targetable fuel tank not being red messes with my gamer mind a bit though!
One of the best bots you've made 👍 28:22
Really glad you did a physical version of the rules. Just ordered the book last night. Keep up the great work. Loving the gutterlands lore too.

FUCK YEAAAAAHH BILL’S MAKING STUFF AGAIN!!!
I love the holes and missing chunks in the shield.
It's cold in America. No one understands my sense of humor. Dry humor makes me laugh. Love you
Awesome bot build and don't knock your paint job, it's contextual. Looking forward to the Upper.🤩
I saw Bill yesterday in Alberta
Sir, you have great talent in naming, I am touched.

Love the door shield!
Well in Bill. I've binged a lot of yours and Dan's videos today. Loving both

Was super happy to see a new Bill video pop up in my feed! Now I'm going to go buy a copy of Bangerang.

Glad to see ya back! Hope you had a great little break! Congratulations on the game! Would love to come say hi while you’re in Chicago however don’t think I can put that trip together. But congrats on everything you have going on!

Bill! you forgot the feets… but it still looks very cool. i will build one as that also. thank you for inspiring me. good to see you back.
Great work on the Junkbot. I actually like the paint job on it. I am now off to buy Bangarang.
Im always amazed by your talent
