Sir, mein ek male state government employee hoon aur meara rank typist hai. Mujse mere employeer jabran mobile number maang maang kar paresaan kar raha hai, jabki main office hour par office pe hi hota hu. Main aapni mobile number koi bhi karmachari ke saath share karna nahi chaahta hu. Ab mere employer mere khilaaf action lene ki taaq mein hai, wo bhi sirf number nahi dene ke karan, hala ki mere aur staff, aur officers ke saath aache sambandh hai, aur mein aapni kaam mein kaafhi active hun. Kya sirf mobile number nahi share karne par mera termination ho sakta hai?

Bhai just go and resign and then prepare. If not resigning then join immediately. Unauthorised absence is very dangerous. They will spoil your career. They will impose minor and major penalties on you. During penalty period you cannot resign or apply for any other job. They may also terminate you from service if you are a probationer.
Don't take it lightly.
