Sir, yahi cheej lower court mein hi ho sakta thha. HC, SC jaane ki naubat hi nahin aati agar sahi aur achha arguments aur judgement kiya gaya hota to. Ye to ek common man bhi gali-nukkad mein argument kar leta hai ayse muddon pe. Iske liye HC, SC ki jarurat hi nahin thhi. HC ne kayse accept kar liye wife ke challenge ko....last mein SC ne jo judgement diya wo HC bhi de sakta thha. Ye bhi ek harassment jaysa husband ke liye ki use SC tak jaana pada. Husband ke time, money, efforts, mental tension etc sab ka compensation....??? Tabhi to lagta hai ki court bhi wife ke taraf jyada husband ki waatt....
