Very few people know judiciary is more powerful than legislature...a party cannot rule both centre and all states but judiciary can and is an unelected power centre...the executive can hope to control it by concessions and coercion....so balance of power is always tilted.. except like fabulous judges like Khanna,udit lalit, Krishna iyyer.,.indu Malhotra, sujatha manohar...our constitution is protected...it is best if judiciary sticks to its intent protection , interpretation of constitution and fundamental rights instead of vigilantism. best left to social workers and media...
