I’ve always been impressed by your build. Your research, careful progress, and emphasis on safety is admirable. It also seems to me that there is always more: more gear, more toys, more stuff. I think we all get caught in that “trap”. I am now 73 and I’m at the point where less is more. At some point it almost seems the gear owns you instead of you owning the gear. Maintenance and concerns about the equipment can eventually take the fun away. Simplicity can yield more time for activities. These comments are not meant to be judge mental, just my own observations about my own situation.
Thanks Kevin. It’s a accurate comment. I live life with a sense of urgency. So many family and friends gone too young. I want to adventure as much as possible but as I get older the gear helps. I’m hoping to strike a healthy balance 👍
OMG-the van sign at 17:59 TOO FUNNY! I need to make one for a friend. I have a converted cargo trailer with high clearance to make it in the backwoods-take it out every chance I get. Just came across your channel...loving it!
Awesome video!! Too bad I missed you guys while you were up there! Would have been nice to see you and Gus and meet Matt. Another time our paths will cross.
Hey great to see you out camping again. I'm not a big fan of "build" videos, but it is cool to see how your investment of time and $, is about to start paying off. Safe Travels.
Nice job. As for my little Rv I built from scratch. Unfortunately I cannot strap a canoe on top of RV. So I use a 360 Sevylor inflatable. Is a great setup. 👍🏻
Nothin better than great friends, good food, cold beer a fine cigar or my preference a pipe! How's the walleye fishing in your lakes? I'm thinkin you have some monsters!
I’ve enjoyed this video so much!!! Scott they give you a hard time about your glam camping but you give it right back lol!!! What happened to the third steak for Angus? He lose the toss on who gets it with Matt? I love the fire vs the grill cooking for the sausage!!! Good fun.
Thanks Dianne. Angus got steak too don’t worry lol. I try to show friends having fun and teasing a bit. Usually at Matt’s expense. 😂 glad you enjoyed it.
Wait till I teach Matt more about minimalist camping, as well as fishing and hunting. He'll be great out in the woods! I apologize for taking the fly off of his collapsible tent. I knew that was going to take a minute to get back on.
Personally, I don’t think you have enough stuff… where’s the helicopter? where’s the amphibious vehicle? Where’s the hot tub? … and you call yourself an outdoorsman… Sheesh. 🤣🤣🤣
I see you only made two steaks. "Angus" must be a vegetarian, if so that's a helluva name that is also know for beef. I know you guys live in Canada, unlike this "God forsaken" United States where I live, I could never go fishing like you did, because I wouldn't have fun, worrying about someone coming into my camp looting anything they can get their hands on. I bet you guys never gave a first or second thought about it.

Angus looking stress free. 👍👏

Yes, thank you
I would agree that is one ultimate setup, congrats on all your hard work.
thanks Derek

Let me know when you’re done with this setup and I’ll buy it all off you 😂 seriously that is the greatest camping package anyone could do. Bravo!

We did.
I like your set up for the canoes, both on top of Eddie and the atv.
Thanks
Cool country, where you cut trees down to make a barbecue! Something third-world, I suppose.
Cool camper, too!
Awesome video!! Too bad I missed you guys while you were up there! Would have been nice to see you and Gus and meet Matt. Another time our paths will cross.

Thanks. No luck with anything but smallmouth at that lake. Lots of trout up in that area.

I love your fire pit / cooker - did you have this built or is there somewhere to get it or plans?
friend built it for me
Love the portable fire pit, where did you find that sucker! Thanks! Dan
A friend made it for me
@@DrenalinAdventures thanks man.
Matt may have set up faster, but look at everything you hauled and the flexibility that gave you. Great set up!
Thanks Kelly

You should check out decked for you back of your truck
👍
Justine has got to be peeing his panties over y’all’s carbon footprint 😂😂😂 very cool video

You know if people only knew I’m doing all this so I can get old decrepit friends like you out into the woods still 😉
@@DrenalinAdventures 🤣
I side with ur friend Just go fishing. No need for detail plans..
Lol. That certainly works too 👍
