- At long last, I'm back! This time with a new series. I'm playing Old School MapleStory, but with a twist my account will be an Ironman! That means no trading, no partying with other players! I've added some more rules to make it more of a challenge and to give that old-school nostalgic feeling. Hope you like it as much as I do! there is almost no warrior gear that needs dex i think its just stonetooth and raven sword. main thing is if you dont get dex you will REALLY want to get dex scrolls and or maple weps or your going to have hit issues on things higher level then you. dex is 100% optional and just an early game stat for warriors that dont use stonetooth sword and even when they do use it they get it via equips and minimal if any dex
Thanks for the Tip man! at this point i will point some points into dex just to be able to hit some early game mops and later use ap resets to wash it back intro str (one i get my hands on some better gear)
@@TheScrollguy its honestly more levels then gear. at lv 35 the overall armor + some 100% dex scrolls would be helpful too.
Hello, I started a dexless hero and I already can't hit bubblings and other early game mobs. Do you have any tips on what I can work towards to be able to grind early levels efficiently? Thank you
@@Thavyyy honestly i would suggest getting some early dex and just take it off later but if you want to be dex free from the start your going to have to fight things your level or lower for the most part you could try green mushrooms mby

Wasnt there a thumb rule of dex = 50-60% of your level? To long since then tbh 😅
So till level 30 you want your dex to be 2x your level and afterwards you can choose if you wanna cap it at 60 or 90.... (1dex 4str till level 60) Depending on how much you wanna put into dex scrolls, you could resset ur ap at lvl 140 or so (idk which version if maple you are playing... And if 140 at that version is even doable lol ^^)

@@TheScrollguy happy to share infos :) had to loock it up since I wasnt really sure just remmembered that dex had somthing to do with ur lvl ^^ (dexless warriors ware really hard to play till high lvl)
@@luxvita2815maybe at some point in the future i could use some AP resets to transfer the dex intro str again :p
