@@Joewjo Because maplestory is huge in Korea. You can't compare them at all tbh it's not like it ever achieved WoW levels of population. Also I was not defending current maplestory, that game is still grindy but in a FOMO kind of way. OSMS is grindy in a primitive kind of way. I would also prefer not to give nexon any money but those Korean streamers were dropping stacks to buy scrolls

I'm down for the slow progression and making friends again. To relive the old MapleStory and now being an adult with money.... It'll be a good time lol

I enjoyed it as a way to relax. Just to log on for 30 min and get a little bit of progress towards a goal. Sometimes I mess around with something silly like an HP warrior. Sometimes I just explore and end up dead. It was always a slow journey, but I loved every second of it.

It's definitely not what we would have liked but. At this point in time it's better than nothing

No point really. It'd take months to get enough CS+WS as an Ironman. He can already solo Zak in this server which is his goal. Also as an Ironman you take the guaranteed gain and not min-max so he might as well go STR scrolls. The only reason it would make sense is if he plans to sell off his gear at the end of the challenge.
