This show roped in some of the bigwigs of Hollywood ! Binging on this since yesterday. Gradually falling in love with Peter Barton ! 90's was the time when the television had some originality left ! Great shows , awesome actors unlike the trash can that its today. Peter Barton I just wish he was my age that guy has such a mesmerizing smile.
Dom DeLuise was brilliant and one of a pantheon of comic geniuses. Great cast as usual. Shirley Jones and Gene Barry were great together, two legendary performers.
Im just loving these shows!!! I just discovered them a few days ago n cant get enough of them I never can figure out who dunnit of the usual 5 suspects until its revealed! Usually i can figure the murder mysteries off early on. Not these n i love all the guest stars!
I wonder if Peter Barton being in the Young & Restless & soap world enabled so many soap stars to be in this show. Hunter Tylo, Don Diamont, and a flood of others appeared in various episodes.
I loved this series, only a couple of episodes left. Dom Deluise is awesome! Wished Gene Barry could find a love, for some reason I saw him with a dark haired woman, maybe an Italian fiesty publisher/ homemaker with a young daughter to help keep him young and give his son a little sister. And Vinnie the crook-minded! I didn't see the breathtaking chemistry with him and Shirley Jones. More like memory than passion.
The way they blew up that poor woman was not called for. My Goodness. See with me it's the Trash Can that would've blown up because I'm not opening up the box Or eating any candy left on the seat of my car; especially with a note like that.
Oh my gosh.... Brian Keith in the wig... lol. Romance in Sherwood Forest. Love the Robin Hood duel. What do you have against wearing shirts? His wedding outfit ;) Peter and Don worked together on Young and the Restless.
Well... Stella Stevens, Brian Keith, Shirley Jones were actors from the same era as the original BURKE'S LAW. Wasn't Don Diamont in the same soap opera as Peter Barton??
I'm not sure if it is good writing that allows one to rewatch these episodes over and over and each time ,I truly have a hard time remembering who done it...and sometimes it's just the matter of days in between... Or is it that ,that they are just so forgettable...? I do love the cast in all of the episodes, from the main characters too the guest stars! I guess it's because of the fact that it is just a show, and there are more important things to fill my short term memory with...lol!
this updated version of the '60's Burke's Law still uses the old and tried gimmick of gathering a very talented cast of seasoned professionals that remind one of Murder, She Wrote who also had veteran guests of the silver screen in some episodes :)
scraping the plotline thin with the old chocolate dental chart...ahh huuu half the cardboard survived the blast that blew up the car? the rest of the script matches the tone of the sixties series...you gotta love Hollywood.
@Mark Benvemete _ Hollywood? LOL! You believe that the terrorist's passport survived after crashing the planes into the World Trade Center buildings though ... No?
Where do they get some of these people for secondary parts? Both Cela Wise and Pamela Berrard were attractive women, and IMDB says they only have 5 acting credits each. Acting didn't agree with them? They did it on a lark? And considering that Berrard did have a secondary part in the show, why was her image used as the screencap for this video? I was really thinking it was Laura Dern doing a guest appearance. These shows were pretty fun, especially with guest stars like Brian Keith, Shirley Jones, and Valerie Perrine, but you can't take them too seriously.
That chocolate survived the explosion? Wow lol. Very entertaining show.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Like the passport from 9/11
Both the '60s and '90s shows were great because they never took themselves seriously.❤❤❤
I remember watching Burkes Law way back when. I thought it was the best show on television!

this?
I truly loved Brian Keith. I first saw him on Family Affair and absolutely loved him in the movie Parent Trap.
Brian was also was great on Hardcastle and McCormick.
I love how everyone just spills their guts, lol
Tracy Nelson, Rick Nelson's daughter. Also starred in Father Downing's Mysteries with Tom Bosley.
I still watch Father Dowling. Its on TH-cam.
I wonder if Tracy could also sing, like her younger brothers Gunnar, Mattew & Sam Nelson.
I knew she looked familiar. She looks a lot like her father.
@@charms501It was good show but underrated.
I thought the car was going to blow up, not the box of candy. Neat trick.

Don was always in great shape 🤪👏💯🤤
At last Amos is not kissing every woman he meets (and I mean EVERY woman) like in his old black and white shows

Dom Deluise is priceless in this show. Good episode!

Vinnie and his Get Rich Quick Schemes.Dom DeLuise was a comic master.RIP Paisano. We all miss you.
Wow, no cell phones, no laptops, no email. How did they get anything done back in those days?
Skills ... now people don't exist without technology
Brains
Ah, the good old days.
They used cellphones in several shows!
The way they blew up that poor woman was not called for. My Goodness.

fabulous show made me laugh, dom makes me laugh
Nothing quite like a bon- bon that goes boom- boom!
Well... Stella Stevens, Brian Keith, Shirley Jones were actors from the same era as the original BURKE'S LAW. Wasn't Don Diamont in the same soap opera as Peter Barton??
Yes they were. Peter Barton and Don Diamont were castmates on The Young & The Restless.
When I watch these shows, I feel sorry for the kills, not their victims.
Good episode!
more B&B guest stars than the soap opera itself lol

FinishedIII Awwwwwww! Now onto McBride series
Funny, I watched a McBride episode the other day.
I would love to see a Burkes Law remake. Total entertainment!
As with most remakes, would most likely be disappointing

@Mark Benvemete _ Hollywood? LOL! You believe that the terrorist's passport survived after crashing the planes into the World Trade Center buildings though ... No?
they've got a creative consultant ! ha...
A fundamental about the understanding of explosions. Explosions don't burn but tear things apart.
One bite from a chocolate matches a dental record? Right.
The Cosmo character is supposed to be a model? Uh, I don't think so.
LOL!
- Help me, help me ...
- For what?
Wow-- sure was a lot of evidence that survived that explosion!
Watch Forensic File Episodes Involving Arson. Even In Real Life Bombes Are So Damn Stupid Than We Think.
Alright!!! I knew right off this time who the killer was
There was father Dowling present, now sister Stephanie ;)
Waiting to hear back from the pentagon about a record. Even I know how silly that sounds.
Great reference to Robin Hood.

So Burke asks the groom if he can kiss the bride? Yup, it's the 90s alright.
Stella Stevens!
Why does the deputy live with the chief? 🤔
It's his son.
It's an Aaron Spelling show ,so suspend your logic and just enjoy the histrionics !
Well said
After all simple is beautiful
Thank you 😊
Grazziaz depramentent interna intensiven🌏🌋
Awe...where did my beautiful Stella Stevens go??
Off hand I'd say into the Pacific Ocean, Baja, and somewhere in the state of Arizona. LOL
In a home for poor souls suffering from Alzheimer's unfortunately.

@@Cavillier1970 thanks, I needed the laugh. Seems like you'd be good at stand- up.

Two years isn't bad.
