What do you Think? Is the Viper Your New Favorite Super Car? What is YOUR Favorite Supercar?
YES ITS THE GOAT
It's on my unobtainable/ maybe obtainable dream cars and right under it is the Ferrari 488 pista
Porsche 911 GT3RS
@@LEMIZLITE cmoonnnnn, if ur gonna go big you GOTTA get the GT2 RS
@@alan64047 that pista looks STUNNING, if it wasn’t a Ferrari it would 100% be on my list too
I would still take a 720s any day i know it's 3 times the price but that's irrelevant
Also don't forget the gen 2 viper was dominating at racing that the FIA had to put rules to nerf it
Exactly, and American cars are still made fun of…..
Probably the best experience I ever had was in my grandpa's 05 Viper before he traded it in for a Corvette, He would take me and my siblings out for drives in the Viper whenever we would go and visit him. he knew it was a handful to drive but that's what he liked about the car. He Traded it in a few years later for a Vette after Grandma did some research and found out how dangerous it was to drive. He was upset to have to let it go, but he said "The memories were still gonna be there to remember"
I share similar memories with my grandfathers 300SL Gullwing, he bought it brand new and I got to get a few rides in it, it wasn’t a speed machine but it was so much fun to just be in. He planned on handing it down to my father until grandma realized how much they skyrocketed in value, and then they bought a vacation house with the money.
It’s cool that we all have memories with these cars, there’s a million stories just like ours, and yes while the cars may be gone, those memories are priceless and I wouldn’t trade any of it for the world
@@Jerseygarage woah… smart grandpa, lucky guy! Those must be awesome memories!
A friend of mine who owned two vipers finally sold all of them.
He said no matter which Viper he uses, it seems his Viper is possessed trying TO KILL HIM 😅😅
Thats the consensus among most viper owners, which I LOVE, everyone else was focused on making mainstream, boiled down performance vehicles and then comes Dodge, of all companies, and creates one of the greatest, if not the greatest, sports/supercars of ALL TIME
You knew what you were doing when you put the GT3RS in the thumbnail ;)
Mayhaps….
I also happen to not be a large fan of the GT3RS, but that’s for another video…..
The funny thing is when Chris Harris drove the ACR,he said "and the GT3RS? YOU CAN FORGET ABOUT IT!". The ACR is almost as fast as the faster GT2RS
The Last Knight joke was ON POINT amazing
another great video :)
Appreciate that dude thank you!
Dodge really made amazing cars and were one of the few to bring out proper American design language in their cars as weird as it might sound!
I really hope that with the current change towards EV they will still keep that design language even if that may be harder :D
I hope, even if it’s a hybrid, somehow they bring back the Viper, they just have to market it better, maybe to compete with the corvette.
As much as I love to piss on Dodge, if they do one thing right, it’s making something out of nothing. They somehow made the Neon cool, they took a truck engine and made the greatest super car ever IMO, they took a 15 year old Mercedes and made the Demon, truly one of the greatest automakers in the world.
Only $118k and no one bought the Viper? That's just sad and I'm so damn angry
There were new vipers being offered at below 100k at dealerships and people still weren’t buying them
5th gen Vipers go for $120/130k all the way up the to $150/160k now
The dodge Viper of any generation is my favorite car of all time. To think it was Chryco that made it is even more interesting .
Very common misconception about the engine: It has nothing to do with the truck engine. The only thing they have in common is the number of cylinders.
Having owned a '01 ACR I would highly recommend to anyone to get one if you have the chance!!
especially now, those older gen vipers are as cheap as 40k, for a supercar killer.
The Viper was so under rated, it's a real shame that people are only really knowing how much of a beast it was now that it's dead
You know the saying " don't know what you had until it's gone"
That's a cool car
I agree!
Viper is one of my favorite cars
🐍
vrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrm
and it had a great TV show too.
I don’t know it’s pretty sick but, the Lamborghini Diablo is cooler. Also, thanks for the awesome content man 👍
Diablo is my favorite lambo tied with the LM002, such an unappreciated car!
Strangely, this American car can corner.
And doesn’t use a solid rear axle?!?!?!
AND DOESNT WEIGH A MILLION POUNDS?!?!?!?!?
@@Jerseygarage And doesn’t get measured in gallons per mile?
How to screw over one of your own brands(lambo)😂
What’s wrong with the dodge journey?
Nothing in particular, they aren’t known as being the most reliable vehicles, and are known for poor build quality.
Im gonna burst your bubble . It sucks at getting groceries
This may be true
But 8.4L V10 go vrooooommmmm
@Jerseygarage lol but here's a myth when owning that car you have to live next door to a gas station . Lol
Dodge is goofy lol
Watching this, it's enough to make a grown transgender woman cry, and that's okay. Viper's discontiunation still makes me cry, nearly a year later.
100%, it’s literally top of my dream list tied with the GT350R and the Alfa 2000GTV.
Apparently, someone bought one totally new last year, a dealer STILL had one in stock, THATS how much people DIDNT want them
You will never be a real woman. 😂
@@fizzisoda7113 and you’ll never be a good man, putting others down because of who they are, what a MASSIVE POS
@@Jerseygarage Well said! Massive kudos man, respect.
@@Jerseygarage common jgarage w
There won't be a dodge 2 years from now .
