Is it easy to start. Do you hold the clutch in when you kick it over? Gotta yz490 and its a real pig to start . I find it easier to kick over if I hold the clutch in when starting it. I've always held the clutch in when I start a dirtbike.
There is a lever for manual decompression, so I usually use it for the very start of the kick to easier get momentum. Otherwise this bike is hard to kick.
@@raaadvis Thanks. No decompressor on a 490. Just sheer high and hard kicking like this guy here oth-cam.com/video/02-7UusUqtA/w-d-xo.html. Feels great. Imagine having to do that for 15 mins in front of your mates. I start it with the stand up as well. I'm 6ft 5 so have no problem straddling round the bike with the Stand up. Always get an audience when your having a hard time getting a 490 fired up.
@@ricgsy7825 I know this feeling very well when the bike doesn't kick start for 15 mins on a hot sunny day and you are all soaked already. 500cc 2 stroke must be an interesting animal to drive, nice!
Old red colour looks better than new models.
Thank you for such a great range of bikes mr honda well done ✅
Nice video, mate. That 600 sounds great.
2 XLR in the same vid ?! 😍
Nice! What bag is that on the black XL?
Thanks! It's from www.nemunu.com
