Chocolate cake:
4 cups all purpose flour
2 cups cocoa powder(unsweetened)
4 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups milk
2 cups hot water
2 tsp salt
2 tsp instant coffee powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp white vinegar
Chocolate ganache:
1/2 cup cocoa powder(unsweetened)
1/2 cup sugar(more if preferred)
4 tbsp margarine
410ml evaporated milk
4 tbsp cup cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp instant coffee powder
1 tbsp vanilla essence
Custard filling:
300ml condensed milk
1 cup evaporated milk
1/8 cup cornstarch
2 egg yolks
370ml all purpose cream
