Ingredients:
Chocolate Cake:
Dry:
all purpose flour 1 3/4 cup
white sugar 1 cup
light brown sugar 1 cup
baking powder 1 tsp
baking soda 2 tsp
salt 1 tsp
cocoa powder 3/4 cup
Wet:
egg 2 large
vanilla 2 tsp
oil 1/2 cup
buttermilk 1 cup ( mix 1 cup fresh milk with 1 tbsp of white vinegar. let it set for 5-10 minutes.
hot coffee ( mix 1 cup hot water with 1/2 tbsp coffee powder)
Mix all dry ingredients ( don't forget to sift)
Mix all wet ingredients and add it into the dry ingredients. mix until no lumps are left in the bowl. (do not overmix )
Pour it into the slightly oiled pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake it in a preheated oven 160°c for 55-60 minutes, depending on your oven.
Dark/ White chocolate cream filling:
condensed milk 3 can
all-purpose cream 3 box ( 250ml each box)
butter 3 tbsp
white chocolate 155 grams
dark chocolate 155 grams
Cocoa mixture for soaking:
fresh milk 1 cup
evaporated milk 1 cup
sugar 1/2 cup
cocoa powder 3 tbsp
butter 2 tbsp
Chocolate ganache:
full cream milk 200 grams
dark chocolate 200 grams
