My mga nag comment bakit daw hindi airy ang coffee cake. Sagot ng ate ko na baker sa US, it's a torte not a regular or usual cake. Di ba?.😅 ❤ All the best po! I hope everyone appreciates what Chef RV is doing. He is giving us free lessons out of the goodness of his heart. He doesn't need to vlog or produce these recipe videos because he is a well-established bakeshop owner, restaurateur, cookbook author, and teacher. He could easily write his recipes and sell books or bring back his paid baking classes but he chooses to produce these videos to help other home cooks/ home bakers and entertain us at the same time. So thank you chef for doing all of this for us. 💜 I really hope you can open your restaurant again, I had the chance to dine there in 2019. I remember meeting you when you asked my friend and me about the quality of the food, we had the Bagoong fried rice with crispy pork, blueberry cheesecake, and mango dulce de leche, all were superb! Yes Chef RV, interesado ako na gumawa ka yung ice cream truffle mousse cake, apple pie cake and the ensaymada espesyal. Ako rin mayroom din akong 2 Corona notebooks filled with Chocolate truffle cake, my mom's food for the gods, chocolate silk mousse pie. Ang nostalgic dessert ng pamilya ko for over 50+ years is the Orange chiffon cake with Orange buttercream. I still make it for the family, so heavily requested. Now, I have accumulated over 10+ notebooks full of recipes that I learned during my culinary career for more than 13+ years. I worked on every FOH and BOH positions, barista, ethnic and international cuisines, cold and warm sauces, pastries, cakes, breakfast, salad dressings and salads and other fundamental recipes and techniques. Ginagamit ko yan sa bahay para masarap yung flavors and textures.
