滚元宵的粉
糯米粉:半斤「250g」
水:一两二五「62.5g」
老爷子碎碎念:过去不拿干粉做的,为啥掺这些水因为300斤泡好的糯米出400斤湿的糯米粉。
馅儿随便买点喜欢啥味买啥味
滚个六次就差不多了。
