I love the safe space idea. To be able to speak freely and not have what is said held against you or thrown in your face .

Thank you, I needed this today... Here's what I got from this beautiful video...
    1. Validate their feelings
    2. Listen to the end of their thoughts (don't interrupt)
    3. Don't rush to correction
    4. Show them instead of Tell them
    5. Age Appropriate Transparency
    6. Laugh not Lead sometimes
    7. Use the phrases "I trust you" to empowered their decision
    8. Forgive
    9. Ask for forgiveness
    10. Set up a safe space
    - No Judgment
    - No repercussions
    - Unconditional love

BOL!!!! WOW!!! Allowing my children to make decisions saying “I TRUST YOU TO MAKE GOOD DECISIONS” Empowers them to know that I TRUST them. Words are soooo POWERFUL!!! - Also -Allowing them (and others) to complete their thought shows that I respect them and I am listening to what they have to say... what they have to say is important! I love, love, love you and your channel!! You are my Womentor and inspiration DAILY!!! Continue to do ALL that you do to Motivate the Masses!!

Cheers for this, I have been researching "life coach for children" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Elilan Coachify Domination - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my cousin got amazing success with it.

I could cry, this hit a huuuge gut bubbler for me! I am a first time mother of a 15 month old son, and so much healing is coming up for me that sometimes gets in the way of my ability to truly stay present with my son AND fiancé. It's getting to my own self-esteem, and I can see it spiraling down to them and into my creative healing arts businesses. A huge #BOL was about forgiveness and not hanging onto what we say we're going to forget. It is so easy to bring up the last mistake when my shego wants to be right! Ughhh!! But everyday practices of mindfulness and ending the toxic cycles of my family's conditioning has really helped me to continue unfolding into the phenomenal woman that I am intended to be. Thank you, Lisa, for being the inspiration I need to re-insert myself back into life after childbirth. You're one of my top influences that keeps me hanging in there! You are super woman, and though we haven't met (yet), I am standing by your side, and helping us heal the heart of a woman and the soul of mankind.
    Peace & Love

YANA! My mother used a lot of the tools you gave here Lisa, and I'm so grateful for that. I grew up knowing that my mother isn't perfect and doesn't know everything, but that she loves me respects me and trust me. More than that, I was so proud when she said to me that I'm one of her greatest teachers, because I learn so much from her all the time and she is one of my role models. So thanks for this video 💕 xoxox

The reminder that someone whose ego is keeping them from getting back to love and that I need to hold space for them in unconditional love shot right to my heart. That simple yet profound reminder just changed the course of my actions from this day forward. Thank you, Lisa. Love you.

OMG! I really needed this. I'm raising my 10 year old daughter as a single parent and I've been struggling with some things. the trust is a huge part. She will rather withhold the truth due to fear of getting in trouble. It upsets me and definitely builds a wedge between us. I will be using these methods to overcome some of the obstacles we've encountered lately.

Ms...Lisa.I love this video..I skipped over this video for 2 days and now that I took the time to listen, you brought back comfortability and self reflection, I have a teenager and we have been disaray for time. I needed to hear all 10 reasons because my parenting skills need to get better. The suggestion you made about unconditional love is what I resonate with the most, my daughter is not doing well with her self confidence or self esteem. As a mother to a millennial teen you have try different angles of parenting and stick with it. I needed to hear this video so I can improve my parenting skills and I will listen a second time to see if I missed something. This video was eye opening

Wow, just what I needed to hear today. School report cards just cane out today and my 15 year old didn't have a favorable grade in 2 classes (this is a 1st ever of any of my children) so I have to address this the right way the very first time! Tip #3 - Don't rush to correction stood out for me. I acknowledged his good first so that allowed him an opportunity to explained why. I would've never gotten so vital information out of him if I just started in the "correction" mode. Thanks for teachibg/allowing me to put water on the fire instead of gasoline! Grateful!

Thank you Lisa! I really needed to hear this! I was in a very abusive relationship for 11 years. My children saw so much. Their father created a lot of damage in them. Lowering the self esteem of my oldest especially. #4, 7, and 10 I know I really needed to hear! I am definitely going to try these helpful tips and allow them to blossom in our lives. Right now I am legally their only parent, so tending to 3 little ones sometimes can be overwhelming. I myself am trying to undue the damage he caused in me. I believe with this kind of help we can all grow and overcome together. Again, Thank you so much!!!! KC

BOL “Feelings are neither right nor wrong, they are real”. Lisa I needed this video today, my high school son was really weighing on me and I needed this reminder to acknowledge him and replace the BUT with AND. I love the list it is so practicable I can’t wait to go home today and hug him, let him know I trust him, I trust his decision because he is empowered to make good decisions, and start over applying these techniques. I am looking forward to great results!

Haha haha haha :-) I'm the 11th viewer of this video :) Gotcha right away, lovely lady ;)
I guess I missed a couple of videos but for a good reason. Everything in my life s changing!!!!
    YESYES YESYES YESYES
    Gotta love this YESYES. Wow...
Since I been watching you on video, sloooowwwwly, things started to really shift. The one thing I remember is when you said some of us are frozen. That hit the nail on the head! Yes, I was frozen. You know, anxiety/depression blahhh blabla. Diagnosed, meds, counseling, the works. And I am grateful for ALL of it. I believe everything comes as an dear from the spirit realm and is meant to help humans.
Where big pharma has taken it, well that's what we doooo.. Well, some... And it has helped shareholders and CEOs...to take on their own personal lessons. If someone is greedy, well, maybe they believe there isn't enough. Not enough love .
    Cut cut cut
    Dear Lisa,
    you can't imagine....omg
I quit meds, I found 2 (!!) personal spiritual teachers, I'm on track with my tasks on this earth... synchronicities. . Intuition working
I started singing in the street!!!!!! Never in my life did I think I would have the guts to do THAT
SORRY I'm talking soooo much hahaha
    I'm so happy every day.
I found that I am really a teacher. Teacher for languages, self love, etc etc
I am a singer. My kids are so happy that I'm off meds!!!!!!
You, my friend, deserve all the best and all the good you can possibly receive ;)
    Forever grateful,
    Love,
    Lisa S.
Big hug, sista from another mistah...I was laughing so much at this expression.....

To my dearest Lisa, Thank You Again. The words that you are saying are very true. This validates my approach that I have with my children. I have full transparency with my children. I also homeschool them so we are with each other all day. I want my children to understand the gravity of what can come from them being trusted. I guide them the way the Creator guides me, and I that guiding is just to simply allow them to grow up creating their own thoughts and mindsets by living in a way that is beneficial to them and the world. I tell them everyday how they are such geniuses. They are absolutely, hand downs, some of the most wonderful Beings that I have ever met. I tell them how much I do trust them and it has allowed them to be more open and trusting of me. I am a firm believer that my family is my truest and best blessing that the Creator has ever given me. I told my children that I only have one expectation of them in their life, and it's simply, to become the best minds that they can become. Becoming the best mind allows them to grow into the best Beings that they can be. I want them to be universal and trusting with their love, and that starts with me, guiding them to their lives of Abundance in the way that they want, not in the way that I want.

#BOL This is right on time! I set the intention to be more present with my 9 year-old daughter. Being in the moment and allowing her to feel what she feels hit home for me. But the one point that I absolutely am working on is letting her finish her thought. Growing up, it was always the adult knows best and they don't need to hear your thoughts. Allowing my daughter to have a voice is my mission because I know that this will build her confidence and by the time she is out in the world on her own, she will know her truth is important and is wirthy enough to be voiced. I love you Lisa and THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH!

Thank you soooooo much for this. Never had this growing up so to see my 11yr old daughter struggle with the same exact things as me at her age I have to turn this around. If I don't this same thing will happen to her daughter or son. Breaking generational curses is such a huge task. To be honest just admitting that it is a generational curse is heavy in itself. I came prepared and wrote down all ten steps and I plan to practice on these.

    Hi everyone
You did it again Lisa you are great.
You know that one person that loves you more than anything in the world? For the first time I know is my baby girl Mia. All my life I observed and felt that feeling on others. Now, for some instinct I treat my little girl as how I would like to be treated and now is clear to me that I’m doing it right. I do wonder sometimes if is going to dismiss authority later on teens years? It wasn’t easy growing up for me so I became a difficult girl. I pray for many fears I have. But don’t worry the ride in the back seat 👍🏼 Thank you I learn so much every time 🦄

Thank u my kids are 4 and 5. Its tough to remember that they are people with feelings that deserve respect. Its so easy to feel like they just have to listen to me without their own input.I will do better with that. I am teaching them decision making skills while also learning how to make better decisions myself. The safe space is a great idea. Im looking around my apartment now to see where a good place will be. I think I should ask them where they would like the safe space to be.

As a hospital specialist in the uk (similar to a child life specialist in US) I have often but many of these points in practice and have witnessed the empowerment, reassurance etc. children and young people get from them. However as I watched on I had BOL with your last point of the safe place. I know how beneficial this is in my work role so WHY WHY do I not always provide opportunities for this at home with my son and my stepson. I know deep down I probably have to point at times but now I am definitely going to look at settings up purposful safe space times and reassuring that what is said in those times are NOT allowed to come back at you outside of that time. And I hope that my agreeing rules for these times that we both have to agree to e.g no judgment is made during these the time unless asked for and even then its not to be criticism but supportive guidance.

Hey Lisa! I love what you did here for the parents. I would love to come to one of your workshops! I just love you! I am a certified positive discipline parenting educator. You could say instead of going to a correction you can ask "what do you feel you could do different" tht really helps build their self-esteem and makes them think. I love the "I trust you." Awesome! Do you have any trainings for working with parents that I can incorporate into what I have already learned? I love that agreement for the safe space!

Waiting until they are finished speaking whether they are 5, 15, or 50. That one was big for me.

Lisa..my dear you are Awesome... forgiving, unconditional love, safe zone is the need of the hour for not only children but for us adult too... You are Awesome Lisa... I have question.. in this era where videos video games, face book, Twitter & I instagram where children dive deep In to it..the emotions are draining out killing so many every day in one single game, Do they have time to understand even if unconditional love is given to them do they get to recognise it or appreciate it?

What are your suggestions for while a kid is throwing a complete tantrum without listening? I'm a step parent and although I hear what has transpired the previous 8 years, I wasnt there and only hear one side. But ultimately, she is conditioned to throw a full tantrum anytime something doesn't go the exact way she wanted. Even if it's about who drives her to school. She also uses the phrase "mom doesnt spend time with me, even though after school, time is completely devoted to her aside from making dinner and washing dishes, all the way until bed time. How would you respond to those things in the moment? I loved the talking points and agreements, I think implementing those will help to curb current behavioral issues down the line, but what can we do in that moment?
