Ok i was buying some weight plates from someone and looked up their address on google, to see how far a drive it was so i knew when to leave for our meetup, and one of the houses on his street was blurred out. But i guess when u do this it only blurs it from the photo u originally did it on because when i moved up the street a couple tiles it unblurred
Google doesn't show faces or license plates. They're always blurred. Also, once you blur a property it's blurred forever. Even for the next owner when you sell.
Be careful doing this. You may create a Streisand Effect. By blurring out your house, especially if it’s the only blurry one on the street, you may draw more attention and curiosity towards it.

Pro Tip: click street view and move up and down your street to blur it from all angles, otherwise it is visible from other angles.
This creates issues for people in GIS who rely on street view and google earth to reliably design your utilities. Just an FYI.
