Hey Food Box HQ Family! Today we're unboxing and taste testing Fresh n Lean to give you our updated and honest thoughts on what their meal delivery service is really like.
If you're unfamiliar, Fresh n Lean is one of the most popular pre-made meal delivery services out there. While thoriginallylly started out as a plant-based meal delivery service, they've actually grown to include a wide variety of different meal plans and diets. These include: keto, paleo, vegetarian, vegan, Whole30, and much more. For this video, we ordered their Mediterranean Diet meal plan.
We've been using Fresh n Lean since they first launched and they've come a long way. Today, they're one of the few meal delivery services that offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Here's what we like...
- They offer a ton of variety-from cuisines and diets.
- They allow you to personalize your plan by excluding specific ingredients and allergens.
- Their vaccuum-sealed meal trays do a good job of locking in flavor and freshness.
Here's what we didn't like...
- The vaccuum-sealed trays are tough to open because the plastic is really thick.
- While they offer some snacks (mainly nuts) it's definitely not as much as we've seen with other meal delivery services.
- The presentation of the meals isn't great. Unfortunately, that's an issue we see with most pre-made meal delivery services.

So it looks like you had a positive taste test with those meals. I'm curious though with the nutritional aspect of this. Did you test this to see if it improves your overall health? I'm trying to get leaner and build muscle and this was referred to me by a friend from my gym. Do you have any insight to this?
What’s a good meal plan on there site to help with weight loss?
I hate this kinda packaging. So unappetizing and the portions are small.

Fresh n Lean is one of our favorites due to variety of meals, meal plans, and customizability. The biggest downside is portions sizes can be small. Here are some other premade meal delivery options -- foodboxhq.com/blog/best-prepared-meal-delivery-services/
I enjoyed the first shipment of food that I got… Then I placed my order for the second one and it never showed up and I have called all week long sent voicemails called sent emails no one will call me back I’m a customer willing to pay every week but they left me in the dark I have no food here

Great video. Stay away from those impossible sausage or burgers. Full of seed oils. Seed oils and sugars are the worst things you can put in your body. Better off with fat from real sausage.

Very tasty. You will lose weight if you eat these meals.
I by no means am I trying to be rude. But I do want to point out two things. In your segment of how it works, you never really even talk about "How it Works". Then again in your segment of "is it worth it" you never really talk about if it is worth it. Worth it comes down to cost, not if you like olives or not. OK, no biggie. Just think it would add more value to your video.
