I just finished with the workout and it was super intense! I loved the Pyramid Training. I went same as Caroline for the weights - 12.5Kg. No wonder, Sumo Squats + Pulses killed me! 😆

Caroline, I've been doing cardio for 5 months but believe me I never get stronger just like how Epic did to me! When I started Epic, it was my first time using a dumbbell and I felt so weak! I just want to thank you for giving us so much! All free and accessible for everyone! U are such a highlight for my fitness journery. I'll follow you even after Epic! You don't know how much happy I am with myself after every session, that satisfaction of "Yes I DID IT" has been my favorite thing in Epic. ❤
I have done this workout many times and I have progressed from 5kg dumbbells to 10 kg on each side and I can finish the workout without stopping in between. Thank you Caroline!
This one flew by....like magic!! It’s going into my favorites and here’s why. Pyramids are a clever way of sneaking in repetitions without boredom. And doing this many reps build muscle but also, there’s plenty of time to do trial and error and focus on form, which muscle is working, self-check, etc. I loved it!
Love how Caroline puts together all the elements in making a video it just makes it perfect. The music, the outfit and ofcourse her. She looks so beautifully intimidating, it's just so motivating to work out. I feel like Caroline and I are friends already! lol My day will not be complete if I can't do a CG workout anymore well except on rest days.

When I first started exercising with Caroline about 6 months ago, my legs were one of the weakest parts of my body. Now I feel they are stronger than ever before! I actually look forward to leg day and am able to do so many moves better than I could ever imagine. Keep up the great work everyone! Caroline, you've changed my life and I am so grateful for you! I'm in my early 30s and every year since I was in my teens, I always dreamt to have a strong body that I am proud of. Shout out to other Northern Irish gals over a certain age 😃...I am 58 and during lockdown found that 2 + years of strength and fitness built doing CrossFit was draining away and injuries reappearing as I tried to train by myself. I found Caroline a few weeks ago and she has given me back what I thought was gone forever. Amazing 😍

Hii everyone!! Although I am a year late for the epic 2 program I am loving it!! Today was day 18 and for the first time I did the entire workout with my 7.5 kg dumbells!! It was so exciting and rewarding to see my legs muscles becoming stronger and enduring much heavier weight!! I started off with 2.5 kgs and seeing me progress to heavier weights over the past couple months is so exciting and empowering!! Thank you so much Caroline for providing us with such amazing videos!! ❤️❤️

Caroline this was AWESOME; I loved every second of it! I could almost have carried on - please note I said almost! The pyramid structure was fab and I really took time to focus on my form and going a bit slower than usual, so I could really engage mind with muscle and incorporate a bit of stretching in there too ( rather than 'bouncing' from side to side which I can find myself doing in a bid to burn more calories). I do find I need to stabilise myself in some of the lunges or I just lose balance and my form goes off and that just makes things sore; however I make sure I am not cheating too much and one day I hope I have the strength to hold my body well in all these moves. Thanks again for gifting these workouts to us and also please keep the top tips coming; they are so helpful.......plus I think we all love you 'chatting' to us; it is just like we have our own personal trainer 🥰

Just completed! And yes my legs are fried but I feel really strong. I used 25lb dumbbells and even though my legs were fatiguing as the workout went on I just kept feeling really strong. Caroline I can’t thank you enough. You, EPIC, this community - all have been life changing for me. ❤️🔥💪🙏

I loved this one! I always need some time to get right into an exercise, using the right muscles, finding my balance etc., the 45s are not enough for me, most of the time. here I had the chance to get my body "ready" for the movement, the fist 20s. Than you C for making these workouts, ily
Oh Kay! This right here was cah-ray-zee😳 Caroline you are definitely touched; by an angel, but still touched. There are things that I loved as a workout, but after meeting Caroline, I no longer love as much🤣🤣🤣 I now see that Caroline and I have a love- not like relationship 🤪🤣 What I did notice with lunges, that when the weight was redistributed from holding low to over the shoulder hold, I was much more stabilized and for me, easier and more efficient. This was a tough one. My boomsy, hamstrings, quads, and calves are on 🔥 and tight. I already couldn’t walk that well, now this; thanks Caroline😘❤️🏋🏽♀️
I do this Leg Day training once a week. It's really so good ! Thank you Caroline. Watching you is very helpful to keep up when it's getting harder. Static lunges at the end are killing.

That was so intense my legs are on fire and I felt so good overall after finish it. I would like to ask you, when you have the time and the feeling and of course if you like it and recommend it, to do a small foam roller routine that we will do a few times a week to relax those muscles. Just an idea I think it will be helpful!

You know your 20 second breaks, well - there are floaty thoughts go through my mind in these... the endorphins speaking I am certain. It crossed my mind that the “suitcase” moves are so evocative of us all being on a journey - going higher, being better. We might have regular old bodies we were born with, but you motivate and inspire us to take the journey with you to transform ourselves into our better selves, both mentally and physically. Pyramids were something else normally I go up or down but never up and down, feels so good when you get the 60 seconds completed. Certainly the legs get worked so well and interesting that side lunges were a lot tougher than normal. The Finisher was definitely that, my sumos burned the life out of my legs. Roll on tomorrow ......its Shoulders day 😉
Hi Anthony...I loved this one...loved the pyramid format...made the time fly by! You are right about the finisher...it burned! When you first drop the eweight you feel so light...then you do the final pulses and it just burns again! Used 10 kg today...which was my 8 kg dumbbells plus 2 kg ankle weights on my wrists...worked well! I’m sure you are looking forward to tomorrow! Have a good evening! Matthew

I am no more worried about my weight loss because i feel mentally and physically strong now. Initially i suscribed 20+ fitness channels but i am happy i found @caroline. We are in 2021 and we are getting a personal trainor/balanced workout everything for FREE. I am not sure how long i am gonna workout but 1 thing i earned in last 3 weeks is hunger for daily exercise... kudos to our small fitness family here. I feel connected with you all..

Oh yes, I enjoyed the pyramid leg workout. My biceps and triceps were able to recover well from yesterday. And of course, exercising without a protective mask is even more fun. In my work, I wear a protective mask when doing sports, while I instruct and speak loudly and demonstrate the exercises. It is a pleasure for me, to let you guide me and to be able to train at home without a mask. Thank you very much Caroline, everyone stays healthy, being healthy means being very rich. These was hard but managed to finish 💪🏽. I used my 10kg dumbbells all through except for curtesy lunges I used 8kg kettlebell. The kettlebell makes me balance on the curtesy lunges better.
I workout in the evenings but I always look at the description box in the mornings to see what exercises will be included in the session :-) Before I would feel a bit sluggish about working out but now I'm so looking forward to it every day! The sessions are always so much fun!
Wow!! I totally loved this one today❤️ It flew by, I loved the pyramid format, it really worked the legs, glutes, hamstrings and core.. I really enjoyed this one today, so please can we have more of the pyramids format... I used 12.5kgx2 but as we progressed I had to drop down to 10kgx2 as I wanted to keep the correct form... This truly was so enjoyable even when my whole legs were on 🔥... I then did a quick hiit tabata.. Feeling amazing after this amazing leg day, just hope my legs will come back to life 😂 Thank you Caroline fof putting this altogether for us, you really are amazing, your smile, your zest for exercise, I could never be sad when I wake up to your beautiful smile. You truly brighten my day especially today when I got some bad news about myself from my consultant.. I managed to focus and get through this well planned thought out leg day.. You feel are a true inspiration ♥️

Caroline, I just want to say that you are honestly the only trainer both online and in person that I have enjoyed doing workouts with! You are detailed and push us to our limits! I think this may be the best leg day with Caroline yet 👀 such an amazing workout, perfectly paced, challenging but completely doable! The time literally flew by and I love how I was able to challenge myself with heavier weights for the same exercise during the 'pyramid' and go back to lighter weights when needed. I have done this workout many times and I have progressed from 5kg dumbbells to 10 kg on each side and I can finish the workout without stopping in between. Thank you Caroline!

This one flew by....like magic!! It’s going into my favorites and here’s why. Pyramids are a clever way of sneaking in repetitions without boredom. And doing this many reps build muscle but also, there’s plenty of time to do trial and error and focus on form, which muscle is working, self-check, etc. I loved it!
Love how Caroline puts together all the elements in making a video it just makes it perfect. The music, the outfit and ofcourse her. She looks so beautifully intimidating, it's just so motivating to work out. I feel like Caroline and I are friends already! lol My day will not be complete if I can't do a CG workout anymore well except on rest days.

When I first started exercising with Caroline about 6 months ago, my legs were one of the weakest parts of my body. Now I feel they are stronger than ever before! Shout out to other Northern Irish gals over a certain age 😃...I am 58 and during lockdown found that 2 + years of strength and fitness built doing CrossFit was draining away and injuries reappearing as I tried to train by myself. Although I am a year late for the epic 2 program I am loving it!! Today was day 18 and for the first time I did the entire workout with my 7.5 kg dumbells!! It was so exciting and rewarding to see my legs muscles becoming stronger and enduring much heavier weight!! I started off with 2.5 kgs and seeing me progress to heavier weights over the past couple months is so exciting and empowering!! Thank you so much Caroline for providing us with such amazing videos!! ❤️❤️

Caroline this was AWESOME; I loved every second of it! I could almost have carried on - please note I said almost! The pyramid structure was fab and I really took time to focus on my form and going a bit slower than usual, so I could really engage mind with muscle and incorporate a bit of stretching in there too ( rather than 'bouncing' from side to side which I can find myself doing in a bid to burn more calories). I do find I need to stabilise myself in some of the lunges or I just lose balance and my form goes off and that just makes things sore; however I make sure I am not cheating too much and one day I hope I have the strength to hold my body well in all these moves. Thanks again for gifting these workouts to us and also please keep the top tips coming; they are so helpful.......plus I think we all love you 'chatting' to us; it is just like we have our own personal trainer 🥰

I loved this one! I always need some time to get right into an exercise, using the right muscles, finding my balance etc., the 45s are not enough for me, most of the time. here I had the chance to get my body "ready" for the movement, the fist 20s. Than you C for making these workouts, ily
I totally agree with you. It was a great way to ease into each exercise I'm fatigued the muscles and get the most out of each exercise.

Oh Kay! This right here was cah-ray-zee😳 Caroline you are definitely touched; by an angel, but still touched. There are things that I loved as a workout, but after meeting Caroline, I no longer love as much🤣🤣🤣 I now see that Caroline and I have a love- not like relationship 🤪🤣 What I did notice with lunges, that when the weight was redistributed from holding low to over the shoulder hold, I was much more stabilized and for me, easier and more efficient. This was a tough one. My boomsy, hamstrings, quads, and calves are on 🔥 and tight. I already couldn’t walk that well, now this; thanks Caroline😘❤️🏋🏽♀️

That was so intense my legs are on fire and I felt so good overall after finish it. I would like to ask you, when you have the time and the feeling and of course if you like it and recommend it, to do a small foam roller routine that we will do a few times a week to relax those muscles. Just an idea I think it will be helpful!

Pyramids were something else normally I go up or down but never up and down, feels so good when you get the 60 seconds completed. Certainly the legs get worked so well and interesting that side lunges were a lot tougher than normal. The Finisher was definitely that, my sumos burned the life out of my legs. Roll on tomorrow ......its Shoulders day 😉
Hi Anthony...I loved this one...loved the pyramid format...made the time fly by! You are right about the finisher...it burned! When you first drop the eweight you feel so light...then you do the final pulses and it just burns again! Used 10 kg today...which was my 8 kg dumbbells plus 2 kg ankle weights on my wrists...worked well! I’m sure you are looking forward to tomorrow! Have a good evening! Matthew

Wow, this was intense yet fun. Went by fast. Used two 9Kgs dumbells till the end.
I am no more worried about my weight loss because i feel mentally and physically strong now. Initially i suscribed 20+ fitness channels but i am happy i found @caroline. We are in 2021 and we are getting a personal trainor/balanced workout everything for FREE.
I am not sure how long i am gonna workout but 1 thing i earned in last 3 weeks is hunger for daily exercise... kudos to our small fitness family here. I feel connected with you all..

I dropped from 10 kg to 5 kg in static lunges and curtsey lunges. I have only one 10 kg dumbbell and so I try to make the most out of it.
Oh yes, I enjoyed the pyramid leg workout. My biceps and triceps were able to recover well from yesterday. And of course, exercising without a protective mask is even more fun. In my work, I wear a protective mask when doing sports, while I instruct and speak loudly and demonstrate the exercises. It is a pleasure for me, to let you guide me and to be able to train at home without a mask. Thank you very much Caroline, everyone stays healthy, being healthy means being very rich. These was hard but managed to finish 💪🏽. I used my 10kg dumbbells all through except for curtesy lunges I used 8kg kettlebell. The kettlebell makes me balance on the curtesy lunges better.
I workout in the evenings but I always look at the description box in the mornings to see what exercises will be included in the session :-) Before I would feel a bit sluggish about working out but now I'm so looking forward to it every day! The sessions are always so much fun!

It flew by, I loved the pyramid format, it really worked the legs, glutes, hamstrings and core..
I really enjoyed this one today, so please can we have more of the pyramids format...
I used 12.5kgx2 but as we progressed I had to drop down to 10kgx2 as I wanted to keep the correct form...
This truly was so enjoyable even when my whole legs were on 🔥...
I then did a quick hiit tabata..
Feeling amazing after this amazing leg day, just hope my legs will come back to life 😂

Caroline, I just want to say that you are honestly the only trainer both online and in person that I have enjoyed doing workouts with! You are detailed and push us to our limits! I haven't missed a day (though I am a day behind!) and I have enjoyed every single moment (even when I sound like a dying animal). You are the best!!!

I think this may be the best leg day with Caroline yet 👀 such an amazing workout, perfectly paced, challenging but completely doable! The time literally flew by and I love how I was able to challenge myself with heavier weights for the same exercise during the 'pyramid' and go back to lighter weights when needed. Thank you so much Caroline as always!!!!

Love that workout Caroline. This is definitely a keeper. You do such a great job in choreographing these workouts it's unbelievable. I wouldn't say the workout is fun but doing the workout with you is fun... No talking throughout just listening to the body language.
