I honestly can’t believe some people led you astray and told you jimin was a fboy like wth that’s the sweetest human to ever human. People can’t separate stage presence from real personality
I find it so hypocritical to them trying so hard to portray his image as F boy when they are gushing over the whole maknae line and saying they are hot and whatnot. But for some reason I'm not that surprised by this toxic Fandom or people who are toxic or solo stans or Shippers or whatever because the level of hate Jimin is receiving is so disgusting to me. But it's just so heartbreaking to see because by knowing his personality he is completely opposite in real life and by knowing BTS for years , they are a part of our lives so if anyone said something inappropriate about any member, it hurts and it's frustrating to see those things. These people trying to destroy Jimin's image in New fans and wants to portray him as a non talented member. 😓😔
@@Jiminx2 we just said that he isn't an innocent man. She was the one coming up with the word fboy. Not being innocent has nothing to do with being an fboy
@@jimins_missing_height777 damn if thats what happened then thats disappointing. hopefully she can just learn the members' personalities in time without trying to put them in a box
Just a request for future reactions. Please don't cut them as all moments are important. Also please pause when you're sharing a thought because you tend to miss things that you would find very interesting. Enjoy your journey!
I agree with not cutting parts, and missed some important parts by talking over them. Their story, lyrics & everything are deep. And just when you think their videos are over, they're not.
Please. Jimin isn't the fkboy. He was given the "persona" to portray when they debut. RM said "he's very shy in real life but not on the stage" as someone who has been performing consistently since he was young the sexy charm comes naturally to him. He's the sweetest most wholesome angel i have come to know and a whole smol baby. I love him so much and respect him as an artist a lot 💜
@@wundertampretty sure most of wouldn’t be fans if they were fboys. The music will draw you in and is phenomenal, but their integrity, sense of character along with their goofy personalities is what will keep you here. They are always respectful. I’m 51 year old ARMY.
@@wundertam none of them are, they can sometimes be flirty (mostly in a joking manner) but none of them give off fboy vibes. Jimin is the sweetest and is also shy. If you get to know him more, you'll realize that he pays attention to the smallest details, the way he speaks, his advices and everything. Idk how to explain but he is the type of person that would help you without making you feel bad about needing help, make you feel comfortable with it.
25:32 *proceeds to ask who Jimin is as Jimin appears on the screen* 😂 Also who told you he was a f-boy ??? He's like the "cutest living thing in this whole world" (these are Namjoon's words about Jimin, not mine), he's not a f-boy at all in my opinion. A big flirt sometimes yes (mostly with the members so that's more funny) but never the f-boy type 😂
Who in the world said that Jimin is a f boy. Please don't listen to those toxic people. They have no clue what they are talking about. Take it from an Army, he is not like that. Very wholesome person. Period.
Welcome. ARMY do not care how long a video is: please don't cut (unless you have technical issues) because everything is important to us - and we know this video soo well! Pausing the video to catch up is absolutely fine with us. And please don't feel diffident about your English - you do great. The shots on the street are part of a BTS show where they came to the US to learn more about hip hop BTS are indeed still with Big Hit, which is now part of the mega-corporation Hybe. But frankly, it was BTS' success that made Hybe possible, which is why they were each given shares and still own some (though some of them have been sold). BTS and Bang Si Hyuk are now almost like family - he was the first CEO in Kpop to actively make sure that Idols received counselling as required. BSH was very radical as a CEO because he insisted from the start that members have artistic freedom and write music sincerely about their own lives - and they did. Most BTS music might seem happy and light - that's actually very rare and there are usually deep meanings, and sometimes sophisticated philosophy and scientific thought behind songs. That's actually why many ARMYs (me included) like their work. RM, Suga and JHope both came into music against parental approval. RM's mum destroyed his mic to try to make him study more (she later bought him a new one). Suga's mum burned all his songs at one point. And JHope's father was against him being a dancer - but his mum took a second job to pay for his dance classes. We have seen so much emotion from them as they have learned that finally their parents are proud of them I think you may have misunderstood the role of a 'visual' in Idol-land. As I understand it, they (Jin, V) are responsible for being good looking and interacting with the camera/audience with emotive and striking expressions to express the mood of the song. Every Idol has to be beautiful (or they don't become an idol) but visuals have special responsibilities. I'd love it if someone can clarify or correct my understanding of this issue. Many of BTS members had to learn things they had never done before : RM and Suga had never danced (and RM nearly dropped out because of dancing), JHope had never sung or rapped, Jin had neither sung or danced, Jimin had not sung, JK and V had no real dance experience. Most of them had no knowledge of hip hop - Suga and RM had hip-hop masterclasses every night in the dorms after work. Every single one of them encouraged and helped the others to learn and to grow. RM's leader role is not to do with leading performance, but he is the intermediary between BTS and the company, and helps set the direction for the group, setting goals, themes and creativity - while ensuring all members are engaged and supported. In fact he has a lot of responsibility for facilitating all the others in performance. I don;t think we have any real clarity about the entirety of his role and responsibilities in BTS. We just know he excels. This video is pretty up to date, but shortly after it BTS announced their 'hiatus' (hollow laugh). They were stepping back as a group to allow members to explore solo work and do their mandatory military service and promised they would come back as a group in 2025. Since then all of them have solo work, albums, concerts, and additional stuff like modelling work, multiple Billboard No1s and Hot 100s etc. All the members speak and sing in Japanese. Many BTS songs are released in both Korean and Japanese. I don;t think of Jimin as an Fboy - he is genuine and loving, and - oh, he's a flirt, but I can't imagine him doing anything to hurt or take advantage of anyone. And he speaks his mind without malice. There is a clip somewhere of the band on a show taking audience life questions: one boy asked how to deal with his annoying little sister who kept touching his stuff - he said he would hurt her to get her to stop but it didn't work. Jimin - who might have been expected to take a soft line with a fan - said that First of all, it is not OK to hurt your sister, you should be caring for and protecting her. Enough said. Thanks for learning about BTS and the incredible wealth of their music and of them as individual characters. This is packed with information, but, truly, it's the tip of an iceberg - even if a very warm and loving iceberg!
Every Army understands the struggle of changing their bias every 5 seconds, haha 💜 I loved the "I still don't know who Jimin is..." while there was a clip of Jimin talking about Jin. That was just a perfect coincidence, haha Suga's name comes from the first syllables of shooting (Su) guard (ga). It's pronounced like sugar, but it's not what it means. I'm repeating it because you seemed confused watching the clip. The guy calling him Sugar, in the interview, was actually mocking Suga and RM's stage names. That whole interview was basically RM and Suga getting bullied and mocked by their peers from the underground hip-hop scene. Btw, Jin doesn't produce BTS' visuals, he *is* BTS' visuals. He plays a pivotal character in BTS' storyline. It runs through their MV's, highlight reels, a webtoon, a mobile game, and even two books to create a cohesive story. It's called the BU. Jimin was indeed singing in Japanese. They have whole Japanese albums, with Japanese versions of their songs, as well as some Japanese songs. (That one was Film Out. It's freaking great) You should react to XCeleste's video about their hardships to better understand the deep bond between BTS and Army, to understand why Army is so protective of the guys. Borahae 💜
6:45 they wasn't on their own and then found a company, Big Hit held several auditions and recruited a lot of trainees as every other K-Pop company, and 7 people who didn't quit and wasn't cut from training program debuted as BTS. That's why Suga was so afraid to tell company about his injury in fear that they would cut him from training program. Big Hit searched for members for BTS from 2010 to 2012 (like RM joined Big Hit in 2010 and Jimin in 2012, only 9 months before BTS debuted) and Hitman Bang wanted to form group around RM and Iron, but when Iron learned that BTS will be idol group and not hip-hop group, he quit as well as several others trainees. The difference is that while K-Pop training system in Big Hit was still there, members was given way more freedom than it usually accepted in K-Pop industry. Jin has nothing to do with production of their MVs. He is main character in the storyline of their BTS Universe, so he is just playing main role in MVs that part of this storyline. Also, JK is the center and not RM because JK is main vocalist and main vocalist is always the center in K-Pop performances, because being main vocalist means you have more vocal parts, most live adlibs, also most adlibs in mix of studio version and you're the one who sings vocal guides (he does it even for other member solo work). While RM is not the leader on stage during performance, he is team leader, not the main star. Also, while JK is the main vocalist and center of performances and RM is the leader of the group, there's no main star in BTS (and actually there's no main star in most of K-Pop groups, there's not how group dynamics works in K-Pop). They're all equally talented and successful.
i'd just like to add that though suga was afraid to tell the company about his injury, he eventually did and they helped pay for his treatment and school (until he eventually had surgery in 2021).
I'm in my 50s and I have been inspired by these boys. I've been so proud to watch them go from kind and thoughtful kids into grown men who have never squandered the opportunities presented by their fame and fortune to make the world a better place.
"F" Boys don't respect women and don't commit to them (I made sure I understood what it meant before commenting).Whoever said that about JIMIN isn't an ARMY. There are NO "F" boys in BTS. All BTS members show respect for women, and we don't know about their personal lives, but if they treat their women as good as they treat their fans (which are majority women), each other, and their families, then NO they could NEVER be "F" boys. Also, keep in mind that some *"FANS"* that leave comments, may not be fans at all. (ARMY's would never say anything like that about one of the members) Jimin has a lot of haters that troll him all the time. He's not the only one, but sometimes it seems like he gets the brunt of the negative comments. He's also gotten a lot of death threats, so it's not a joke. A lot of the haters and trolls are fans of other groups that want BTS to fail. V may come off as aloof and mysterious, and like he doesn't care sometimes, but that is not who he is. I believe it's part of his persona that he has build to protect himself. As you can see, he has a beautiful soul and cares for his members and his fans deeply, and JIMIN is loveable, sweet, and cares deeply for ARMY's and for the members. So do all the members. You will understand the more you get to know them all. JIMIN was singing "Film Out" one of their Japanese songs. Like it said in this video, ALL the MEMBERS can speak Japanese well. They can sing in Japanese, Korean, and English. They promote in Japan (2nd largest music market in the world), and they have Japanese albums and original Japanese songs that they have written and produced. They also have songs that are in Chinese, and they have also sang Spanish verses in a song or two. (Example - OT7 version of Chicken Noodle Soup, Becky G's part sung by RM and JIMIN.) I'm glad you reacted to the Introduction video, and it seems that by the end of the video, you had a new understanding of who they really are, not just as artists, but as humans. BTS are special, and they paved the way for other KPOP artists to use the Global Platform, and they made is so that KPOP is not a NIche market, but now mainstream. If you are curious about why, and how, you could check out some more of Boracity's videos. She's really good at explaining and she brings receipts. By the way, I've been ARMY since 2020, and I'm a 57 year old ARMY, and so is my husband. I also have nieces and nephews, that are BTS ARMY, age 16, 30, and 33. And my daughter (age 32) is a SUGA aka Agust D fan. I took her to see him on his world tour, May 16, 2023. Amazing concert. He is so talented, just like all of them. He has since then enlisted in the Military (as well as JIN and J-HOPE). We will see him again when he gets released on June 21, 2025. (Jin and J-Hope will be released in 2024 - Jin June 12th, and J-Hope October 17th). I do look forward to more, but I do have one request. When watching videos, please don't cut the content, you can miss things, and please don't talk over the videos, and look away frequently, you definitely miss things then. Like some of the questions you asked were answered in the video, but you missed them because you were talking and looking away. If you have something you need to say, pausing is much better. I don't know about other ARMY's, but it was really frustrating for me. I know you mean well, just giving you my feed back. Thanks again. 💜
kpop has unique ways to describe members of an idol group. some of these "roles" overlap. not every group has these roles and over the years bts doesn't strictly adhere to these anymore. i'm not into kpop, just bts, so i may be wrong describing some things (other army are welcome to correct me) leader - represents the group, for example in press conferences or receiving awards, internally they have the role of keeping the members focused and motivated center - the person usually in the center of performances. they represent the look & sound of the group, and more likely will get the most screen time. (if a camera is panning the group, the center will almost always be in the frame) visual - basically the "most attractive" member by korean beauty standards face - similar to center and visual, they pool in the most fans into the group. they're "popular" and would probably get brand deals etc. all members of bts are talented, attractive, and popular so tbh typecasting them into superficial roles are irrelevant. a couple more vocab lessons: rap line - the 3 members who primarily rap, rm, suga, j-hope vocal line - the 4 members who primarily sing, jin, jimin, v, jungkook hyung line - the 4 members of the group jin, suga, j-hope, rm maknae line - the 3 youngest members of the group jimin, v, jungkook
Really enjoyed your reaction. The cuts didn't take away from the emotions and thoughts you showed. Leader in Kpop means they take on being the communication between group and company, and making sure the team runs smoothly. The Center, means Center stage b/c JK is main vocal which means he takes alot of vocal responsibility b/c he can do wide range w/his voice and is very stable, even recording the samples of songs for the group before records. No one is "the face" of BTS. Within Army, the love is spread OT7.
Jk isn't the center because he's the main vocal though. Those are 2 different positions and jk just happens to be both. Actually in most groups the main vocal is rarely ever the center
Ha, timing. I just watched your Boracity video and left a comment lol I'll edit this one in case you have questions or sg needs explanation 😊 Edit: LONG comment: The South Korean president at the time, Moon Jae-in and his wife practically adopted BTS tho one has to note, his popularity was drastically falling and in a way he forced the guys into politics. BTS have a long-standing partnership with UNICEF for which reason they were invited to the UN General Assembly to deliver a speech on their Love Yourself campaign which is what opened the political flood gates for them. Their visit to the White House was definitely a massive publicity stunt for Biden, too, though one that at least was fruitful for the cause. But if you want to know how artificial the hate train against BTS is, at the time, people legitimately complained that they should have given the opportunity to Asian Americans despite the fact that up to the last day of Asian American History Month, when BTS gave a press speech, all previous speakers were Americans yet nobody gave a damn, not even the Asian Americans that complained about BTS. Big Hit was barely keeping itself afloat and at some point, they told the guys to go home since they can't pay the rent for their dorm any longer. The guys stuck around and tried to pay for whatever they could from their own pockets. They were so pitiful that early fans sent them kitchen utensils and clothes to wear and the guys would at times take thrown out furniture from the streets. This contributed to them being dismissed within the industry, they were literally considered too poor to make it as idols and there was a definite "how dare they" attitude towards them. Idols supposed to be these elevated, perfect beings, the best of South Korean beauty and excellence so the closer you seem to the average person, the more badly you'll be treated as an idol. This extends onto the companies as well. Small, insignificant ones like Big Hit used to be were free to do anything because nobody would give them opportunities within the entertainment web, so they just tried and stuck with what worked. The guys blogged, vlogged and uploaded covers to Soundcloud but eventually it was the vlogging (unedited casual videos filmed mostly in their studio) and Bangtan Bombs (edited official off-stage content) that remained - you can still find everything online tho. Their variety show, Run BTS! also went from 15-30 minute games (low budget) to hour/2-hour long life experiences (bungee jumping, flying yoga, zombie park, etc.). Bon Voyage and In The Soop came much later when the company could afford "filmed vacations". These were particularly special since the guys were working non-stop and this way the company could profit AND force them to take holidays. First things first, K-pop is a Western term itself. In Korea, companies setting up groups or solo acts after years of training is called the idol industry. It does operate the way it's reported (exploitative, profit-oriented capitalist hellscape) BUT outliers exist with BTS being the best iteration of the business model (no exploitation, idol and CEO work together, profits are funneled back into the talent). NOBODY ELSE comes even close, though fans of other idol groups will give you an entire power point presentation on why their "fave" is an "artisté" - usually by bringing down BTS' achievements or straight up lying about their groups. Not going to name names but you'll see the narratives in time about how this group also writes their music or that group is as influential as BTS. Very tiring. Namjoon wasn't solely the first member, he was the artist the CEO wanted to form the group around which at first supposed to be a hip hop group. Not very lucrative when you're small, financially unstable company so the idea morphed into an idol group who often get gigs just solely because they're idols, especially on TV. Namjoon is a literal poet, he has said multiple times that if rap hadn't worked out for him, he would've preferred to write and he's known among Koreans to be extremely eloquent, using uncommon words and phrasing himself in ways that's above average. I'm a 2013 ARMY and yeah, I've watched them grow from teen boys into 30-year-old men during the past decade. It's extremely fun to be their fan because unlike a lot of male artists, they're a sort of safe space whether you identify as a woman or any color of the rainbow. They're human first and a gender second and that's also how they treat fans - we're people first and everything else second. Also, you don't have to have a "favorite member", you can just enjoy all of them :) That's what most ARMY do, we usually don't have a bias rather we connect to all of them for different reasons. The rappers have deeper voices but all of the vocalists can sing both lower and higher notes, it's just that Taehyung would be the "true baritone" and Jimin the "true falsetto". Jin's specialty would be powerful belting and reaching notes that are outside of many male singers' ranges. BTS are one of the few acts in history to sell out the historic Wembley Stadium and they're the only Asian act to do so. To commemorate this, their staff organized a secret event with ARMY who were shown the lyrics to Young Forever on screen. BTS were also the first act to perform in Saudi Arabia without affiliation to government organized events and they're the only Asian act to sell out multiple stadium tours across the globe. Basically, they hold tons of "first act", "first Asian act" and "first Korean act" records. They've been the best selling artist globally for two years in a row, beating Swift, Eminem and Drake. They are also the only act in Billboard history to have had three songs chart in three different languages (English, Korean and Japanese) on the Billboard charts. As a final note, BTS are an anomaly when it comes to idols. Every company puts out decent music, some idols write lyrics but it's done as a concept to copy BTS, something the industry is obsessed with. It's not authentic and there's no unique flavor to it. I highly recommend "BTS vs K-pop, a video essay" by Elliot Sang and Boracity's "Why Most ARMYs Don't Like K-Pop" videos that will shed more light on things. Elliot is more diplomatic, Bora is more critical so I think you'll be able to get a balanced perspective.
I also like how Big Hit Music doesn’t keep a tally of what they spend on each trainee so they can make them pay it back when they start making money. Instead they write it off through R & D (research & development) in their accounting
they have some japanese songs even also albums, their japanese albums contain their own japanese songs along with some of their korean song that released in japanese version. all of the member can speak japanese well
I have never heard any ARMY say Jimin was a F..boy ??!!! I don't know who told you that, but make sure to check your sources because it may be a sensitive topic. i like your reactions though but be wary of what you hear, some ppl mimick as ARMY but are not...
I'm just so disgusting by hearing this because I just don't help but to think why is it only told about Jimin and not any of the members because the level of hate that Jimin is getting from the toxic Fandom and of course Antis and haters is so out of control right now. It just so freaking hurts to see this because by knowing Jimin and his personality for years , he didn't deserve this kind of statements . It feels like someone is saying those things to me . Because we know them fir years , they are a part of our lives so I just can't bear these things.😭😭
@@Jiminx2 All of them got/still get hate, Jimin is no exception. Akgaes are just trying hard to split ARMY. I'm V biased but this being said abt Jimin just got my mom's senses in alert !! Jimin is respectful , honorable and sweet, even though he can be flirty on stage, he is always perfectly respectful with ppl.
@@wundertamthey speak Japanese, some better, some worse, but overall they speak Japanese way better then English. Last year Suga said in his live that he's taking Japanese and English classes still, but he was more focused on Japanese at that moment. Earlier in their careers we saw how the gradually became better and better in it. Also, in RM's part it was literally said that he is as ALL members can speak Japanese.
There are alredy lots of comments with good recs, so I make it short. You were confused why RM is the leader but JK is the center. And about Jin being the visual. Even if its not technically explained but more of a critical essay I rec boracitys "the problem with kpop lines" where these topics get discussed. And second, most often the names dont stick after this video, cause there is so much information. I rec the channel SugArmy. They make funny videos or compilation with characteristics of the members like "hobi the dance leader" or "why jungkook cant loose". Have fun :)
29:36 Namjoon is the leader but for a more logistic reasons he is a mediator between the company and the group interest, also he has a lot of vision to the concepts and know how to listen to every member opinions. JK is the center in performance because he has a lot of lines being the main vocalist. Also Jhope, Jimin and JK are center because if their dance skills.. 💜
There is an updated intro to Park Jimin 2023 it’s really good and includes his new music along with explaining about his brand power it’s really done well.
Jimin? an F boy?! In all these years I’ve never heard of anyone referring to him as such, not by the fandom, not even by antis. So strange. Yes, he’s naturally charming and def sexy on stage but his personality is really sweet and kind with a side of sassy at times lol, but Jimin is a sweetheart.
Just a little clarification BTS has a Japanese version for a large part of their songs (on the other hand avoid reacting on these versions it's a nightmare for copyright) they also have some songs only in Japanese. And yes film out is one of them.
Gurl I feel you... it is a story of friendship and brotherhood and I personally learned a lot about friendship and how to be a good friend and human from bts. Their music has good philosophies one can adapt to live their own life. BTS are very wise humans and they showed me through music and just their attitude on how to face life as someone in their 20s... And I am sure they will continue to explore what it's like living through 30s when they return from the military. Cus that's bts. Its about how to grow as a person. From adolescents to an adult and in the future to a wise old person. BTS are leading the way.
Jimin is an angel, one of the sweetest, compassionate and adorable person to exist. He is shy in person but playful when he's with his members. I can't believe someone would describe him as a fboy like where is that coming from?
RM Said JK Is center of act, because he has the most stable voice among vocalists and often contributes for the adlibs, harmonizing with both Rappers and Vocalists, He also does the vocal guide of songs for members before recording. he's the Hwanggeum Maknae (Golden Youngest) for reason. V was hide because he is the secret weapon. and has been named as the idol of idols, many idols look up to him cause he has the talents and expressions on camera Jimin does snatch every human left and right because of his persona as "flirty" but in real life he's sweet and caring he's unique not only because of his voice but also because of his manner. basically each member teach each other their super power so all 7 together work as AVENGERS ☺ welcome to boraland
jimin is the farthest thing from a f boy hes one of the sweetest most gentle souls, honestly no one in bts is a f boy they are all so sweet and loving :(( there are ppl in this fandom who like to throw stereotypes on the boys so that they live up to their own fantasies and its so sad like some will say "yoongi is cold/bad boy" when hes a literal angel who goes out of his to make his members and army feel loved and happy, or reduce seokjin to being the "mom" of the group, tae as the "weird/"Alien" they are all just false stereotypes and you will learn more about the boys and their personalities by watching their reality content/lives/ interviews etc yoongi has his show on youtube called suchwita where he interviews all the members for their solo releases and i think that gives a good insight into who they are as people :) some armys like i said force personalities on to the boys and lose sight of who they really are (or didn't care to learn in the beginning and only stan for visuals/looks which is so annoying) i've been a fan for over 8 years and can confirm that they are the most genuine people ever and getting into their music and getting to know them is so worth it :) thank you for reacting to them sorry this is long i just needed to stress that aha
It's so funny how everyone told BTS that they will never make it and now look where BTS is at the Kings of k pop plus back then they never paid attention to BTS and now they are always asking BTS for help even when Jin J hope and Suga are in the military the government still asks BTS to attend some events Jungkook 3D comes out tomorrow army are you ready see you KINGS in 2025 FIGHTING
They still lived together for most of the past 10 years. RM as the leader negotiated with the company when Hope was sent home he went to the company and insisted BTS needed Hope. He had to do the talking for the group until their English got better. He was well known for his speeches. The biography discusses him being like Jack Black in the Dorm trying to educate the vocalists about Hip Hop. In Suchwita V mentioned RM was crying as he begged them to listen to the music he had compiled for them. ' how can you call yourself singers if you don't listen to music" V was proud he still listened to new music every day. All the vocal line acknowledge the influence of the Rap line not only in music but Social awareness. BTS has Japanese albums. Do not worry about editing we will sit through the whole thing. Some reactions to this I have watched 3 times.
6:14 I'm not denying that kpop industry doesn't have that side but that's literally every industry, I always wondered why western media always perpetuated this image of kpop when even their own industry is literally the pioneer in this Now coming to BTS they have recently renewed their contract with their company for the 2nd time, so it says a lot about the kinda relationship they have with their company. BTS & BigHit(now Hybe) grew together & now BTS are also shareholders in the company
38:50 yes it is japanese BTS members could speak Japanese and they release japanese versions of their songs, and also release japanese albums. I think they have at least 5 japanese albums by now. Their japanese tracks are so pretty. And so underrated.
Oh there’s so much bromance with BTS. They make me believe that such true friendship could exist in a chaotic place such as the music industry They literally resigned with their company again for another 7 years, 2 years before their current contract ended. That’s how much they love each other
Army don't mind long videos so you don't need to cut the video we enjoy watching every part. They do have Japanese albums that have new Japanese songs and some Japanese versions of their Korean songs. Jungkook is in the center because he is the main vocalist and a main dancer. Being leader means something different everyone has their own important role to play in BTS. I am enjoying your videos so far looking forward to more BTS. Also I am glad you were able to see for yourself that Jimin is not an F boy the more behind content you watch the more you will know his personality. He does put on a good performance and being flirty on stage is not the same as an F boy.
25:35 "I don't understand who Jimin is..." Next second Jimin's clip talking about Jin comes up😂 Me: ... P.S.: Neither Jimin or V or anyone is f-boy. Jimin is a literal angel. And V is another sunshine of group💜 (Who the hell said he's a f-boy??)
They have full albums in Japanese and yes if you noticed nearer the begining of the video they all speak Japanese as well as their own Korean, however RM is the only one Fluent in English but that doesn't mean they don't understand English so they know when people are being disrespectful to them in English.
39:10 BTS has quite a lot of japanese songs. Some of their great ballads are in japanese. Worth checking out. Like "Crystal Snow", "Film Out", "Your Eyes Tell", "Lights", "Stay Gold", and others.
41:40 I think we say he's an f-boy as a half-joke hahaha. He's the sweetest. But if you watch performances like "Filter", I can see where f-boy can come from. And he can flirt pretty well though he won't admit it hahahahah
She really did a good job but now in 2023 it's far from being recent and updated! I just want to point out that she forgot to mention that RM's 148 IQ is genius level but Jimin and Jungkook both have an IQ of 128 which is pretty high too. I don't know about all members but Taehyung and Suga seems to have an IQ above average too. She said that Jungkook is good in everything but she forgot to say that Jin also is good in almost every sports, he also can play the piano and guitar! And it can not really be updated because with BTS you basically can't have an updated version for a long time. If you want an accurate update of BTS you would have to add another 5 Minutes every other week because they are working so much that they achieve something new every other week. For example as of May till now, they again released multiple solo albums, other projects, won many awards, are brand ambassedors and broke records. And if you want detailed videos about each member it would have been a 1 hour video for every single one (probally longer LOL) ____ Sadly awards and first places are stolen from them. I urge you to watch the information videos by Boracity Magazine: BTS vs radio BTS vs Spotify BTS vs attendance award shows BTS vs boybands coming back Why the music industry is terrified of bts why the boyband "hiatus" doesn't apply to bts Why most Armys don't like Kpop "the next bts:" why they fail every time. bts paved the way, why is it so hard to accept it? How the bts army changed Fandom culture the truth behind crazy fandoms trends bts has created SORRY FOR THE LONG ASS COMMENT
Okay young lady, I'm going to give you an important piece of advice, don't speed up the video's or skip ahead. Some of the questions you asked were already answered on the screen butyou didn't read it or skipped over it. Us Army's kniw these video's by heart and can tell you each sentence in it. You missed some important knowledge by skipping on the video. Also, there are many stans out there that are very toxic. Each of these young men are precious to us Army's and we never put one down or over another. We respect that each one is an individual and has many talents they bring to the table. It's all seven of them and their own talents that make the group very special. They are angels here on earth to us, especially us older ones that have known them since the begining.❤ Thank you for giving the guys a chance and being respectful to them. If you have any questions, as long as your watching BTS an Army will be around and will answer you to the best of our ability. Good luck on your journey with BTS and please let all video's play as it is. 🫰💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
So, Norwegian ARMY here, I'm 47 and this is my first "band crush" ever. :D I love their personalities, their versatility, their talent and dedication. Yes, of course they show us a curated reality and, in part, a public persona - but considering how MUCH material they've released, and aired live, unedited, and how much has been reported by fans or independent sources, I just don't see how they can be fundamentally different from the very kind and good men they have shown us. I admire them, and despite the occasional toxic solo fans or crazy people who dislike ONE member of the group for some weird, irrasional reason, ARMY has show itself to be a very respectful and sensible fandom, dedicated to allowing the boys some privacy and basically respecting them as people, not just stars.
BTS is the perfect friendship we all want to have. the love they have for each other is huge. they want to stay togehter forever and make music togehter until they die basically. they are more close than their own families. and also their story from rags to riches is just amazing to watch and they have it all on video. all the hardships and succes. but they never intended this much succes they where the first to be popular in the west and globally from kpop. BTS is not only big in their album sales and streaming numbers but big companies like samsung and hundai and Mcd pay alot of money to make them ambassadors. normally clothing brands is very common for artists but a phone and car company and food chain and also Lego want to collab with them because they know everything BTS is associated with turns into gold. it´s actually insane they have made korean food popular all over the world. more than it was i mean. korean restaurants in the US have talked about it, and prise BTS. This is also the reason why BTS is the only artist to rank among koreas highest brandpowers in korea they have been for many years now. also every year tons of tourist visit the country because of BTS. other kpop is just nice to listen to but BTS made a whole country cool and i think it´s all about them as people and their amazing lyrics. if their lyrics didn´t mean what they say it would just be another good song. and if the memebers have not shown us how much love they have for fans and each other, we would not have cared. it´s all very real and nothing is fake about them.
When is come to our 7 kings is never enough or too long Then please pause as much you want and don’t cut ..actually we prefer long then short ..can’t wait for the next reactions to our 7 angels..thank you 💜
The ending really does make the viewer tear up. It's really well made 😥 Love your reaction 💜💜💜 also i kinda giggled when you called jimin an fboy. We dont really know if thats true but jimin is kinda flirty and is not afraid to show physical affection towards the other members. Also yes Suga is adorable 😊
For your information the first song in the introduction part of V is SINGULARITY And if you love his voice then you should definitely check out his recently released album which is full of soulful R&B songs LAYOVER. You will be awestruck I am sure
They joined one by one and became trainees, but they debuted in 2013 as Bts. V's song that you asked about is,,Singularity " and second was,,Stigma " Both great 😊
As a West Indian BTS 'Army Mom' since 2016....said it before - will say it again. I live on the tiny Island of Montserrat where my family owns n runs our Guest House - Erindell Villa. Although times have changed ( my step Dad passed away on December 31st 2022)....R.I.P. As a member of Army....I open our doors to my BTS 'Family'. Anyone wanting to visit our tiny Island of Montserrat...you will ALWAYS be welcomed. Zero charge. Just get here....we'll embrace n take care of you like one of our own. BORAHEA 💜💜💜💜
V released his album this month, since he stood out to you maybe you wanna check his new album, he gave us an MV for every single track Rainy days Love me again Slow dancing Blue For us Also the song you liked a lot is his solo “ singularity”
A lot of people find Jimin attractive, but he's not a Fboy. His on-stage persona is just that, on stage. Like all performers. Please pause to speak. I don't want you to miss the good stuff. You also took out some of the parts I was waiting to see you react to.
All the guys speak Japanese, and have some exclusively Japanese songs. The members would not support your view of Jimin. When asked who they would let a sister go out with they said Jimin because he is respectful.
Subscribed to see your journey. Hopefully you enjoy our boys I feel like you're very sincere and I appreciate your videos (btw your hair is so pretty). In future videos don't worry too much about pausing or talking a lot. I've noticed the fandom doesn't really care (personally I've watched many people watch this guide specifically and I can't get bored of it). About Jimin being a f boy... well I've never heard of that. I'm a Jimin bias and I've always only heard that he is a very sweet, shy and talented guy. Thinking about it, I think none of the guys give off f boy vibes. If I remember what else I wanted to comment I'll edit this but thank you for the video!
Jimin a fboy??? In 10 years, this is the first time I hear such a stupid and surreal comment, being Jimin one of the most caring and sweet person ever. You should listen only to Army, not to random baby "fan" that follow BTS from yesterday and spread malicious rumors just to upset Army and the boys. Follow your instinct: if you are a good and positive person as I belive you are, your instinct will be probably always right about BTS ;-)
BTS has Japanese songs and whole albums remade in Japanese. They all can speak Japanese as well. They hid V before debuting because they didn't want another company to steel him. I am 54 and grew up on rock and metal but BTS is my favorite group.
leaders in the kpop industry work differently than leaders of western groups. in kpop, leaders are usually people who are in charge of communication between agency and the group. they take lead in group promotions among other technical dynamics within the group. they are not usually the center person of the group. in terms of the western definition of a leader, that would be Jungkook as he is the center of BTS's acts, and the main vocalist. But he does not lead the group like RM. I think this makes for a very interesting group dynamic. Kind of forces all preconceived western notions of how a band/group works out the window.
Jimin is as sweet as his adorable face!! He's just a baby! Lol, he's all of their baby, but Suga is his baby. Idk who said he's a f-boy, but he's actually just a sweet little angel baby.
I wouldn't say Jimin is an f-boy. He's an endless flirt on camera, but even that doesn't really give off f-boy vibes. It's more playful than anything. And from what we know from other members, Jimin in real life is a pretty shy and quiet guy. He's cheeky and he has a temper, but for the most part, he's just incredibly cute 😆 Tbh, I really don't get f-boy vibes from any of them at all. Even when they flirt or are more explicit (cough-Jungkook-cough), I wouldn't call them that at all. I guess it also depends on what you mean by f-boy. If you just mean that they're flirty, then I guess Jimin and Jungkook would be that on camera 😆
Jimin is the sweetest person. I don’t know where you heard it but he is the opposite of what you heard. Although he acts cute and childish sometimes, he is really mature, he is the most empathetic person I have ever seen, always puts others before himself and I understood what comfort feels like when I came to know him. In fact more than love, I respect the members of bts for the type of people they are.
Thank you for reacting to this. In future please don't refer to Jimin or any of the other's as f boy's. That is actually a huge insult. It implies that he uses people for naughties, and none of the BTS members would do that
Hi thank you for reaching to this video to learn more about our boys. However, some suggestions moving forward: 1. Please do not cut the videos 2. Please pause when you want to speak. Do not speak over their video. Reason being their videos about them are always very informative and a lot of readings to be done to get the information right and not miss a single one. 3. Subtitles are to be read very carefully and all needs to be read to learn about them more in detailed. Pleas don’t speak over the videos and pause when you want to share your thoughts. Thank you and good luck on your journey into this rabbit hole!💜
Great video 💜 feel free to pause so you don't miss anything. We don't mind ling videos. Subscribed for more bts vids and maybe some other groups as well. I'm a relatively new kpop fan but content truly makes me happy. The run bts episodes etc are such a fun way to know their personalities.
Ok who is selling this fboy narrative abt jimin (or any of the members for that matter)? None of them have given us any reason to think abt them like that. They always seem respectful, polite and sweet to everyone they meet. And Jimin especially is a very caring, empathetic guy. Also not to be disrespectful to you, but if the video is abt BTS, most of us are willing to watch lengthy videos, so I hope you could refrain from speaking while the video is playing. We wouldn't mind if u speak after pausing or at the end. Cuz that way u wouldn't miss a lot of info.
She was interessted in Jimin but missed the most of his informations and videofootage out of all members😬 just because she doesn't want to pause while talking. That was...dissapointing
Honestly, companies taking advantages of their artists is a global problem. One of the worst example is what happen to the Spice Girls. In an interview, these ladies talk about themselves being broke despite having high album sales because their company gain most of the profits due to their contract. As the result, these ladies gain only few cents per album sold. So they have to find other ways to pay off their bills and loan.
Idk why, i think if you stick around in the BTS rabbit hole, you'll be an OT7 like me 😅 (it's how you call the person who likes all of them, no bias). I just can't avoid admiring each of them for different reasons. If I'm wrong about it and you find a bias, it's fine as well 😊 Oooooh, and yes, loads of bromance with them! You'll love the behind the scenes stuff, their friendship is so wholesome i just wish i could hang out with them for one day! Idk if i can request songs here, but I think you'd like Black Swan (it's one of my favorites from them). (And don't pay attention to people telling you how you should edit your videos, do it the way you feel more comfortable).
ARMY needs a fandom clense so badly
Honestly its been happening more and more. There's been so many negative info been fed abt Jimin to new reactors.
50:49 YES my Boyfriend and i cried everytime we heard Jin sing live😭 literally it holds so much emotion
He doesnt rlly seem like the type to behave like that (fboy). None of the members tbh
Just knowing that some people refer to the guys as fkboys irks me honestly
Damn you talked over most of Jimin's part 😩😩
25:32 *proceeds to ask who Jimin is as Jimin appears on the screen* 😂 Also who told you he was a f-boy ??? He's like the "cutest living thing in this whole world" (these are Namjoon's words about Jimin, not mine), he's not a f-boy at all in my opinion. A big flirt sometimes yes (mostly with the members so that's more funny) but never the f-boy type 😂
I also wonder who just said that... I mean being flirty in playful manner and being a f-boy are completely different things!!!
@@kimjinut4355 Yes exactly !
The shots on the street are part of a BTS show where they came to the US to learn more about hip hop
BTS are indeed still with Big Hit, which is now part of the mega-corporation Hybe.
We have seen so much emotion from them as they have learned that finally their parents are proud of them
I think you may have misunderstood the role of a 'visual' in Idol-land.
Every Army understands the struggle of changing their bias every 5 seconds, haha 💜
I loved the "I still don't know who Jimin is..." while there was a clip of Jimin talking about Jin. That was just a perfect coincidence, haha
Suga's name comes from the first syllables of shooting (Su) guard (ga).
It's freaking great)
You should react to XCeleste's video about their hardships to better understand the deep bond between BTS and Army, to understand why Army is so protective of the guys.
(Example - OT7 version of Chicken Noodle Soup, Becky G's part sung by RM and JIMIN.)
I'm glad you reacted to the Introduction video, and it seems that by the end of the video, you had a new understanding of who they really are, not just as artists, but as humans.
Jin and 3 other members now have their Master Degree's as well now.
kpop has unique ways to describe members of an idol group. some of these "roles" overlap. not every group has these roles and over the years bts doesn't strictly adhere to these anymore. i'm not into kpop, just bts, so i may be wrong describing some things (other army are welcome to correct me)
leader - represents the group, for example in press conferences or receiving awards, internally they have the role of keeping the members focused and motivated
center - the person usually in the center of performances. they represent the look & sound of the group, and more likely will get the most screen time. (if a camera is panning the group, the center will almost always be in the frame)
visual - basically the "most attractive" member by korean beauty standards
face - similar to center and visual, they pool in the most fans into the group. they're "popular" and would probably get brand deals etc.
all members of bts are talented, attractive, and popular so tbh typecasting them into superficial roles are irrelevant. a couple more vocab lessons:
rap line - the 3 members who primarily rap, rm, suga, j-hope
vocal line - the 4 members who primarily sing, jin, jimin, v, jungkook
hyung line - the 4 members of the group jin, suga, j-hope, rm
maknae line - the 3 youngest members of the group jimin, v, jungkook
25:38 i need to know who Jimin is.
On the screen - JIMIN 😂
At the time of recording I still thought going off haircolours was the way to go, horrible HAHAH
Ha, timing. I just watched your Boracity video and left a comment lol I'll edit this one in case you have questions or sg needs explanation 😊 Edit: LONG comment:
The South Korean president at the time, Moon Jae-in and his wife practically adopted BTS tho one has to note, his popularity was drastically falling and in a way he forced the guys into politics.
THANK YOU for this and also for staying by the guys throughout this journey! Respect 🙌
39:24 yes that's Japanese. It's their Japanese song 'film out '
Do they also actually speak japanese or was it for the sake of the song? Such a talented bunch
@@wundertam they do know Japanese. They have many songs in Japanese language. Do check out those songs, they r awsome😵
Have fun :)
The way u described what sugarmy vids are abt is perfect
1:01 well the main thing that has happened since is that all the members have released new albums and songs
Jimin is not a fboy he is kind & sweetest human just lil good at flirting. A small req you should pause while talking bcz you miss some important info
V was hide because he is the secret weapon. and has been named as the idol of idols, many idols look up to him cause he has
the talents and expressions on camera
Jimin does snatch every human left and right because of his persona as "flirty" but in real life he's sweet and caring
he's unique not only because of his voice but also because of his manner. basically each member teach each other their super power so all 7 together work as AVENGERS ☺
welcome to boraland
jimin is the farthest thing from a f boy hes one of the sweetest most gentle souls, honestly no one in bts is a f boy they are all so sweet and loving :(( there are ppl in this fandom who like to throw stereotypes on the boys so that they live up to their own fantasies and its so sad like some will say "yoongi is cold/bad boy" when hes a literal angel who goes out of his to make his members and army feel loved and happy, or reduce seokjin to being the "mom" of the group, tae as the "weird/"Alien" they are all just false stereotypes and you will learn more about the boys and their personalities by watching their reality content/lives/ interviews etc yoongi has his show on youtube called suchwita where he interviews all the members for their solo releases and i think that gives a good insight into who they are as people :) some armys like i said force personalities on to the boys and lose sight of who they really are (or didn't care to learn in the beginning and only stan for visuals/looks which is so annoying) i've been a fan for over 8 years and can confirm that they are the most genuine people ever and getting into their music and getting to know them is so worth it :) thank you for reacting to them sorry this is long i just needed to stress that aha
You're right, that's how K-pop industry usually work.
But thankfully, BigHit find different ways to make Bts successful.
39:15 yes Japanese, song- film out.
they also have music in Japanese (Japanese version)
6:14 I'm not denying that kpop industry doesn't have that side but that's literally every industry, I always wondered why western media always perpetuated this image of kpop when even their own industry is literally the pioneer in this
Now coming to BTS they have recently renewed their contract with their company for the 2nd time, so it says a lot about the kinda relationship they have with their company. BTS & BigHit(now Hybe) grew together & now BTS are also shareholders in the company
"I need to know who Jimin is!"
Literally Jimin's video in the corner 🤣🤣🤣
And Jimin is the kindest and most selfless person on earth!!!!!!!!
I've seen this video so many times and I always get teary! Thanks for the reaction 💜
38:50 yes it is japanese
BTS members could speak Japanese and they release japanese versions of their songs, and also release japanese albums. I think they have at least 5 japanese albums by now.
Their japanese tracks are so pretty. And so underrated.
Oh there’s so much bromance with BTS. They make me believe that such true friendship could exist in a chaotic place such as the music industry
They literally resigned with their company again for another 7 years, 2 years before their current contract ended. That’s how much they love each other
Jimin is not the f boy but sure he is the most flirtyy onee 🤌🤌🥹 jiminaahh
so much has happened with bts since this guide was released. i miss them 😭
Hello!!! BTS has an album completely in Japanese, the song "your eyes tell" It's a beautiful song!!!!
He does put on a good performance and being flirty on stage is not the same as an F boy.
you can always pause and rewind if you have something to say, we don't mind , ARMY even watch a 2 hour reaction of a 5 minutes BTS song🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
25:35 "I don't understand who Jimin is..."
Next second Jimin's clip talking about Jin comes up😂
Me: ...
P.S.: Neither Jimin or V or anyone is f-boy. Jimin is a literal angel. And V is another sunshine of group💜 (Who the hell said he's a f-boy??)
What you said isn't completely untrue and most kpop artists do not have creative freedom
They all speak japanese. It was mentioned in RM's section. :)
41:40 I think we say he's an f-boy as a half-joke hahaha. He's the sweetest. But if you watch performances like "Filter", I can see where f-boy can come from. And he can flirt pretty well though he won't admit it hahahahah
I believe no one of us said fboy. We just said he isn't innocent, which is true but has nothing to do with being an fboy
And if you want detailed videos about each member it would have been a 1 hour video for every single one (probally longer LOL)

Sadly awards and first places are stolen from them. I urge you to watch the information videos by Boracity Magazine:

SORRY FOR THE LONG ASS COMMENT
Oh if friendship gets you going you’ll love Run BTS 😆💜 They crack me up, so funny and lovely to see their interactions 💜
They are angels here on earth to us, especially us older ones that have known them since the begining.❤
Thank you for giving the guys a chance and being respectful to them.
I love their personalities, their versatility, their talent and dedication.
English is not your first language? I am surprised, your English is really good!
yes they are still with BigHit they've just resigned their 3rd contract with them.
PLEASE DON'T CUT THE VIDEO!!! WE LOVE LONGER VIDEOSSSSS
It's incredible to see how different JK is from the video to now when I see these reactions
Yes it is japanese. Bts have both korean and japanese songs
For your information the first song in the introduction part of V is SINGULARITY
And if you love his voice then you should definitely check out his recently released album which is full of soulful R&B songs LAYOVER.
"i want to know how jimin is" meanwile jimin on the screen😆😆
they sing in 3 languages. klorean, English and Japanese
I loved your reaction ❤ BTS is amaxing ❤
V released his album this month, since he stood out to you maybe you wanna check his new album, he gave us an MV for every single track
Rainy days
Love me again
Slow dancing
Blue
For us
Also the song you liked a lot is his solo “ singularity”
A lot of people find Jimin attractive, but he's not a Fboy. His on-stage persona is just that, on stage. Like all performers. Please pause to speak. I don't want you to miss the good stuff. You also took out some of the parts I was waiting to see you react to.
I strongly recommend boracity magazine video about BTS chapter 1 and all their discography in these past years before the “hiatus”
i really didn’t like the “i wanna get to jimin” while jungkook still not over like it’s a little disrespect anyway enjoy ur journey❤️.
understandable!
All the guys speak Japanese, and have some exclusively Japanese songs. The members would not support your view of Jimin. When asked who they would let a sister go out with they said Jimin because he is respectful.
I agree, I relied a little too much on information given in the comments and should’ve done more research on him on my own
Subscribed to see your journey.
Oh yeah
And their hearts are beautiful 💜
BTS has Japanese songs and whole albums remade in Japanese. They all can speak Japanese as well. They hid V before debuting because they didn't want another company to steel him. I am 54 and grew up on rock and metal but BTS is my favorite group.
All the members speak Japanese :) They have a few original Japanese songs and some of their Korean songs have Japanese versions as well.
leaders in the kpop industry work differently than leaders of western groups. in kpop, leaders are usually people who are in charge of communication between agency and the group. they take lead in group promotions among other technical dynamics within the group. they are not usually the center person of the group. in terms of the western definition of a leader, that would be Jungkook as he is the center of BTS's acts, and the main vocalist.
Thanks for your reaction, it was good, you should see if you like it, "the most beautiful life goes on a story of bts" it will like you :)
And omg who said Jimin in a fboy??!😱😱 he is so far from being it! 😭
I wouldn't say Jimin is an f-boy. He's an endless flirt on camera, but even that doesn't really give off f-boy vibes. It's more playful than anything. And from what we know from other members, Jimin in real life is a pretty shy and quiet guy. He's cheeky and he has a temper, but for the most part, he's just incredibly cute 😆
Tbh, I really don't get f-boy vibes from any of them at all. Even when they flirt or are more explicit (cough-Jungkook-cough), I wouldn't call them that at all. I guess it also depends on what you mean by f-boy. If you just mean that they're flirty, then I guess Jimin and Jungkook would be that on camera 😆
Oh I miss Run BTS 💜 (meaning the show, but the song love too hehe)
Jimin is the sweetest person. I don’t know where you heard it but he is the opposite of what you heard. Although he acts cute and childish sometimes, he is really mature, he is the most empathetic person I have ever seen, always puts others before himself and I understood what comfort feels like when I came to know him. In fact more than love, I respect the members of bts for the type of people they are.
I really need to know who Jimin is
Meanwhile Jimin literally on the screen 😆
Thank you for reacting to this. In future please don't refer to Jimin or any of the other's as f boy's. That is actually a huge insult. It implies that he uses people for naughties, and none of the BTS members would do that
I hope you enjoy the BTS video 💜💜
Hi thank you for reaching to this video to learn more about our boys. However, some suggestions moving forward:
1. Please do not cut the videos
15:29 YEES SUGA IS SO ADORABLE 😆
love your reaction!!
She talks a lot. In every. Video.
Acho maravilhoso como os novatos confundem a função de líder... e sim, eu acompanho eles desde 2013 e é incrível
She was interessted in Jimin but missed the most of his informations and videofootage out of all members😬 just because she doesn't want to pause while talking. That was...dissapointing
Hermoso final , yo tambien me he emocionado contigo 💜🇪🇸
Honestly, companies taking advantages of their artists is a global problem. One of the worst example is what happen to the Spice Girls. In an interview, these ladies talk about themselves being broke despite having high album sales because their company gain most of the profits due to their contract. As the result, these ladies gain only few cents per album sold. So they have to find other ways to pay off their bills and loan.
Idk why, i think if you stick around in the BTS rabbit hole, you'll be an OT7 like me 😅 (it's how you call the person who likes all of them, no bias). I just can't avoid admiring each of them for different reasons. If I'm wrong about it and you find a bias, it's fine as well 😊
Oooooh, and yes, loads of bromance with them!
