Exactly. My son's Red Bone Hound would run away from his own son especially when the puppy would bark. It took awhile for the dad to warm up to the puppy.

When I brought my human child home, my GSD, Zeb inspected her & looked at me with concern. "She's only got two legs & she's missing a tail, may be defective". Once she could sit in a high chair, he discovered she would drop food if he reached under the tray & nosed her. Best big brother ever in time. She's 39 now, he raised her well!

I have seen other videos that people put out and they have Cane corsos, and not even close not one dog comes close to the discipline that Bruce Wayne has. You guys have done such an amazing job with him.

OMG, is not that the cutest thing ever. it is going to be such a treat watching these beautiful dogs grow up together.
Jason, can I recommend something? Years ago I had a Labrador and I found that it was way EASIER and QUICKER to bathe her using one of those detachable shower heads (on a hose) they sale for humans, rather than using a cup or pitcher that you constantly have to refill. It especially made it easier to get the soap off her chest and stomach. With a dog Bruce's size, you may want to consider it......
Yeah I do the same thing with my dog. Way easier.
Even better, get a camping shower. No need to install, just charge it up, and you're good to go.
Rinsing is super important. I bathed dogs for a living at several vets. Home baths can leave soap residue resulting in skin irritation. If I had the resources, I'd have a dedicated dog bath at home, low entry shower stall, hand held shower head & easy clean walls.
You can clearly see the "avoid, avoid, abort mission" feelings in Bruce Wayne's face 😂 but we all know you will handle the introduction period well and help both your dogs be the best versions of themselves👌

Its amazing to see Bruce express his emotions over the new puppy. He seems a little upset with the change but accepting at the same time. I have seen dogs with unstable temperaments become extremely aggressive towards puppies. It's good to see that is not the reaction in your case. Love the videos and your training methods. We are 2 years out on the waiting list for our Corso so we will be well prepared once we add our Corso to the family. Thanks for the great content Jason and Kera and Bruce and Joey!

I'm so glad you said 3 mths. There are way too many high expectations to introducing a new puppy to an older dog. I've grown up with dogs, it can actually feel a bit traumatic when you see the older dog been put out by a puppy but with time, respect and alot of loving on the older dog aswell, it can work.

This feels like so long ago. My gosh time flies. What a wonderful job you and Kara are doing with your babies. ❤️
I got my boy a little brother about 4 Mos ago. When I got him he was the tiniest little thing (pups a chihuahua and big brother is a pit) and anytime he came anywhere close to big brother, big brother would jump up like a fish touched his toe and run. It took a few weeks for him to get comfortable w it but he was gentle w him from the very beginning. Now they're best friends and do everything together.
We pick up our CC puppy in under 2 wks and watching your videos so closely is invaluable, we lost our DDB 2.5yrs ago so can't wait to get our new baby home.

Get a removable shower head on a long hose to make bathing the dogs so much easier. Also, using a shower scrunchy or shower glove makes getting the shampoo on and spread around so much easier as well.

I showed my husband your mall video. He brought home our puppy. He works for the PHA. Many of the tenants have Corsos which guard their homes. That's how we got her. Her mom got out and mated with another Corso. Thus we got a free Corso. The lady was elderly and a sweetheart.
They are so cute!
I bought two in the 1990’s. They were the most awesome dogs I ever had. I loved the breed so much I adopted another one in 2014. He was the best dog I ever had he passed and I adopted another one this year. She was so horribly abused ! I was so scared that she would hurt me!!! She is so protective of me and my kids!! That’s a Cane Corso.

A lot of folk don't understand disciplining dogs. It doesn't mean beating them for the slightest thing they do but correcting them. My corso and pit/lab cross (both males) have had the odd scrap like "brothers" would and i can stop it with just my voice. Never underestimate the power of vocal training with dogs especially harder breeds. I really don't like the way some people think they should train dogs and more so harder breeds like corso, a lot think it's like training a lab or a spaniel... You NEED to be firm but fair with them. Once rules/boundaries are set then it's all loving afterwards but they MUST know what is and isn't acceptable behavior.

We had our girl for 3 years, when we got a new puppy. Our girl hated her. She was jealous, she growled at her, she snapped at her, everything became a competition. We thought it would get better with time. A year passed, and it didn't improve. Two years passed and she hated the new pup even more. In the end she died an unhappy girl, thinking we replaced her in our hearts with another girl. It was heartbreaking to see her so sad and depressed. I will never forget her.
JJ is so cute! I’m really looking forward to seeing how Bruce Wayne warms up to him as time passes. He is gonna be one shining example of a fantastic dog for him!

I have a Cane Corso now. Not by choice it was my girlfriends sister dog who couldn’t take care of him anymore. He is only 1 named biggie and never really had a home ever! At first with size and having a lot smaller dog at home I was super worried because biggie at 1 years old is already so freaking huge! I’ve been stressed out the last couple days feeling like I’m always on my feet now watching over the smaller dog but watching alot of your videos is really making me a lot more comfortable with my new friend. So I really wanna thank you for that and Mr.Wayne!!!

Love it! We just brought in a 2nd male last year. They became best friends within 7 days or less and our 3 yr old male doesn't like change at all...... but he loves having a best friend now. Our adult male has been awesome with correcting the puppy for biting too hard or playing with my kids too rough. Best decision we ever made. Congrats and cant wait to see more videos.

I have 3 dachshunds, my oldest at now 14 did not want to have anything to do with a new dachs puppy when he was about 10, we got another male, he was so offended and it was several weeks before he fully accepted him. Just avoided him at all cost, no aggression, just avoidance. When we got the female puppy a year ago she was accepted after about a day by both dogs. Strange, but every dog is different. Now they are all great friends. Congratulations on this beautiful puppy, you have absolutely wonderful dogs!

Excellent content, as a disabled Marine Veteran it is good to watch such beautiful, well behaved animals! The hard work and care you have provided for theese dogs is incredible. I am sure your efforts are not only making a major positive impact for the breed, but also educating and empowering people to have the self confidence to bring the Cane Corso inside their homes. You definitely provide a highly therapeutic value channel to me and I think if you were to ever visit some disabled veterans or maybe attend any ceremony or holiday where there are many disabled veterans in attendance, Bruce or the new pup would shine and make an impact on their day.
