Thanks for the interest. One option is residency training and the other option fellowship training. For fellowship, you have to complete a postgraduate degree at back home.
@@AyushSPatel In north America, when someone finishes medical school, they have to do hospital training for a couple of years to several years and this is program specific like internal medicine, Family medicine. When someone is done with residency training, he or she can apply for the fellowship, which is a subspecialty training like gastro, pulmonology etc.
