I wanted to ask should we start preparing the exam after final year of medicine or after housejob? Like can we manage preparation of this exam with housejob?

Assalamalaikum, you can start during final year of med school but u would need a deans approval letter.
Otherwise can appear during your housejob

I have to ask If I have GMC registration after passing plab exams , being licensed into uk, should i need to give Mccqe1?
Yes u still need qe1 after that u can skip nac osce and try for your physcian ready assessment as per the province requirement.
