According to Google, Ambush can spawn at door 5 and up. Getting Ambush at an early door is actually VERY lucky. Although sometimes it can be pretty unlucky if you do not know how to deal with him. Glitch doesn’t only come when you are behind people you are playing with. He also comes when a door does not load correctly. When the door does not load correctly, he will do what he usually does and reload the room while spawning you to it. He also does not take away health when that happens. When you are holding a light source in a dark room, Screech can still “psst” you. He just has a lower chance of doing it when you are holding a light source. When you got the first Seek, you were walking at normal speed because of a glitch. It’s actually pretty cool, but way more stressful. Some tips for Halt are: 1. When it flashes turn around on your screen, you can just walk backwards. Even though it may seem like he is faster than you, he will probably disappear before touching you. 2. Do NOT panic while you are with Halt. When you panic, you will probably die. 3. You can go back into Halt’s Hallway and collect the things in the drawers. I hope this helped!

i remember getting a 5 ambush (5 ambush=ambush passed by 5 times) at door 5 AND 10 in the same run, as well as 2 timothies and a shadow before door 5, all without any mods. i ended up dying to rush on door 78. now, i rarely die, and ive beat the game 12 times as of writing this, but that was quite the experience to say the least edit: i just got my 13th win and i didnt get ambush even once btw @lemonbus played with me so ig shoutout to him lol

I don't know if someone was exploiting or what, but I played with these two guys I met and every single round we played we got halt on door 8. It was about 5 rounds in a row with door 8 halt before we just gave up because one of them kept dying.
ambush spawning at door 6 could be considered bad luck but also good luck, because you have to have 2 clovers with 4 leaves to even stand a chance at getting that to put it in perspective, i've only gotten ambush 5 or 6 times on my 1000 beaten plays and ONLY 1 was before round 50 and it was on door 48
Tip 1: it will be easier it you Crouch during the seek chase Tip 2: if you have a flashlight or a lighter it decreases the chance of screech sparing Tip 3: figure cannot go in the power room so you can do the power puzzle as long as you want Hope theese tips helped you all😊❤

The only time I got ambush, it was before door 20, i was too slow and didnt know how to hide from it
I got ambush AT DOOR 3 and I survived
