    Just curious, are your " calories out " your maintenance calories? If you consumed 1829, your deficit is around 430ish calories which is great. Are you factoring in exercise though? Just confused by " calories out" since that looks more like your maintenance .

      Calories out is just an estimate of my calories burned that day, which does include exercise. I use my Fitbit to track and they’re not entirely accurate. They tend to overestimate calories burned with some types of activity and under estimate for others, so it’s just a general guide to help gauge my deficit, but by no means totally precise. Luckily they’re most accurate at measuring calories burned when you’re sedentary, and I have a desk job and sit most of the day, so it may be a more useful tool for someone in that position than others.
