Did you make the move?
I wouldn’t recommend legal zoom especially for your llcmor inc since when time to male changes you need real person right then and there and not wait for different people and jump through hoops. I think legal zoom should be used for extremely basic things and not to form your llc or inc. thats just my opinion :)
