    OMG! My most favorite stir fry mixed mushrooms! But Maangchi cooked them with carrot and the green onion leaf? Or a type of vegetables in Korean dishes? Maangchi, you made me drooling!       @@MoniquaWilliams sounds like we are almost similar in diet. I am a vegetarian most of the time and only have vegan diet 1-2 times in a week :)

    I really like mushrooms because they have a similar texture to meat and nutrients that are good for the body.

    This is a great tip to blanche the mushrooms. My aunt showed me how to make this but it tends to be overcooked because if you put the raw mushrooms straight in the pan, lots of water comes out and you have to keep frying until the water is evaporated. Maangchi's way, you can fry it dry and it will come out fluffy -- which is much more appetizing. Thank you for this. You changed the dish for me! I use this instead of meat in my bibimbap too! Sooooo good!

    Uwaah! I actually have most of the ingredients on hand. The only missing is the buchu. We got a 3 lb box of oyster mushrooms, a bag of King Oyster mushrooms and seafood mushrooms (like enoki mushrooms on steroids since there are no enoki mushrooms available) at the Zion market. I'll be making this dish tonight. Can't wait!

    OH MY GOOOOOOOODNESSSSSSS!!!! THIS WAS SOOOOOOOOO DELICIOUS! The H-Mart by my house had a 2 lb package of mixed mushrooms: oyster, king oyster, enoki, shiitake, baby portabella, and 2 other types I didn’t recognize. Originally I bought it because going to make soup but then I remembered I wanted to try this recipe. I had never had this before but I’m so glad I tried it. It is soooooo delicious. I almost ate all of it in one sitting. Thank you for sharing this recipe. It is now one of my favorites.

    망치님 버섯에 튀김옷입혀서 튀기면 진짜 맛있어요~새송이도 맛있고 표고도 맛있어요. 저희 회사 식당에 탕수육 나올때 송이버섯탕수도 나오는데 다들 버섯튀김+소스만 가져가요~ 이게 저도 2년전에 처음 먹어보고 맛있어서 한번 말씀드려봅니다~

      근데 보통 씻어서 굴소스넣고 그냥 볶지 않나요? 저는 안데치는데^^

      @@케이드나이트 데쳐야 식감이이 더 쫄깃^^ 버섯특유의 냄새도 제거됩니다 요리고수 엄마들은 신선한나물이나 볶음요리에는 굴소스msg맛 사용하지 않지요~ 한국에선 깔끔한맛은 소금간이고 요즘엔 국 간장 또는 (까나리, 참치 , 멸치 )액젓을 조금더 추가해 넣으면 조금더 깊은맛이나서 많이들 씁니다 누룩소금도 좋구요 지금 은 일반 소금간만해서 감칠맛이부족할듯하여 들깨가루를넣어 맛을 잡아냈어요 고사리나 다른 말린 나물류들도 물자박하니 들깨가루를 넣어서 볶으면 일반기름에 양념해서볶은 나물하고는 큰차이를느끼실겁니다

      @@케이드나이트 데치고 물기를 한번 짜주는 과정을 생략하고 그냥 굴소스넣고 볶아버리면 수분이 빠져나와 물이 엄청 많이 생기는게 당연합니다 ㅋㅋ 정석대로 하면 맛은 훨씬 좋습니다만 좀 귀찮은 공정이 늘어나긴하죠 특히 궁중팬 하나와 화구 하나만으로 요리하려면, 팬에 버섯과 물을 넣고 데치고, 그릇 하나에 물을 짠 버섯을 옮기고 다시 팬을 씻고 거기에 기름을 두르고 요리하고 ㅋㅋ
