The H-Mart by my house had a 2 lb package of mixed mushrooms: oyster, king oyster, enoki, shiitake, baby portabella, and 2 other types I didn’t recognize. Originally I bought it because going to make soup but then I remembered I wanted to try this recipe. I had never had this before but I’m so glad I tried it. It is soooooo delicious. I almost ate all of it in one sitting. Thank you for sharing this recipe. It is now one of my favorites.

Just want to say thank you, you have been active so many years why me that is so interested in cooking have not seen you until now is mindboggling. Tried so many style/culture of cooking have short blasts into korean also. but you channel have givven me more fire in the steam engine to explore korean cooking. Sofar in regard to asian cooking Phillipines (which though is somewhat lacking in spice in general make upp for it in richness), Thailand (for spice en richness), after that for me it is not a country infact it is a continent, Europe. The amazing range of europe is fantastic. Anyhow i will start to try experience korean cooking now have watched so many videos now, the stock videos are extra interesting for me. 망치님 버섯에 튀김옷입혀서 튀기면 진짜 맛있어요~새송이도 맛있고 표고도 맛있어요. 저희 회사 식당에 탕수육 나올때 송이버섯탕수도 나오는데 다들 버섯튀김+소스만 가져가요~ 이게 저도 2년전에 처음 먹어보고 맛있어서 한번 말씀드려봅니다~
