On the other hand yamaha killed aprilia... They killed aprilia tuono 150 and rs 150 before it even got launched due to r15 pricing and now aprilia premium scooter too...

Freaking awesome.. Im using my r15 v2 since 2012. Almost 10 years, I have taken good care of it like my baby.. It still feels like new. This V4 looks so good, I think its time to upgrade. Beauty ❤️

@@yamahaindia Ya definitely. My R15 V2 GP Blue has run 34K kms and is currently going through an engine rework at Yamaha Service Center. The engine parts are taking too long to come though as they informed me the parts are in back order.
Anyways the journey so far has been awesome with innumerous road trips and experiences. Would like to share my experiences with the community some day when I get enough time to pen it down. ...nothing comes close to this machine upto 200 cc segment😍😍, I had the v2 of this bike a few years ago , she did 112000 kms hassle free before asking for an engine over haul ( it has a forged piston and not a cast alloy type) , amazing handling, great performance, super smooth high reving engine, I would get 42 to 56 kmpl of average !! What a brand Yamaha is , I salute the Japanese people for their remarkable quality products.🙏🙏

They r not peace of mind and low maintenance machines like the japanese ones, my frnd had a duke 390 which was taken care of like a baby, full attention and care exercised during engine running in time of first 1000 kms , he got it serviced in the right intervals, never revved the bike when the engine was cold...... but still the bike gave up the ghost at just 39000 kms . He had to sell the bike bearing heavy loses.😥😥😥😥😥

Make it long for better comfort and touring friendly

then it would look like fz... short seat is better...
Fz have a very long seat
(Compare to rear wheel and seat leangth)
Just 2 inch long will be enough for mt
And it would look like cb 350rs, not like fz
(You can compare both bikes rear wheel and seat leangth )
@@nishant9393 actually this seat itself enough... im using this... and i travel always with pillion including my mother... some people say it review that the pillion seat is worst... but its not that true... many people are exaggerating it...
If pillion is healthy it's not enough
M ride it for a short tour (180 km) with my friend as a pillion and 485 km (solo ride)
For single ride or touring its gust amazing

As a designer, we too feel same to put indicators to mirrors to enhance the looks, but their are few regulations we have to follow so Yamaha too is restricted to do that. 👍🏻

I am more of a retro/cafe racer/scrambler kinda guy, but that's pretty tempting.
The first gen R15 got me into track riding and the V4 is a worthy upgrade. This year I'll book my R15 V4 i am sure.
